Want to amend this review to say that the owner finally got back to me. Apparently the phone number he gave me wasn't the one he was checking.

He apologized on behalf of his workers and replaced my planter.

This company works for my next door neighbor doing weekly landscaping. She had them repair the fence between our houses that was leaning badly. (It is her fence.) The workmen showed up Saturday, didn't ring my bell or notify me they would be working in my yard. I saw them when I walked into my kitchen, looked outside and was shocked to see all the large, flowering vines on my side of the fence lying on my driveway.

When I went to question them about what they were doing and ask them to replace the vines when they were done one of the workers started yelling at me saying it was my fault the fence had fallen down. He then said it was my problem to fix the vines. I asked to speak to his supervisor, who he called and identified himself as the business owner. He said it wasn't up to them to get permission to work in my yard but said they would come back Monday to fix the vines.

Monday they showed up again unannounced, again I saw them when I walked into the kitchen. The vines had been pulled away from where they belonged leaving a 6-foot gap on the fence. When I told the workers this wasn't how they were supposed to look the same worker started yelling at me again. At this time I also noticed that a large planter next to my garage had been shattered and thrown on the side of the garage with the plant lying next to it. Guess they thought I wouldn't see it.

When I asked what happened he replied it was in the way. I asked, again, for him to call his boss who proceeded to yell at me and tell me the way they were reattaching the vines was good enough. He did say he would replace the ceramic planter.

I have called the office and texted several times to see when he would replace the planter and am now being ghosted. And I talked to my own yard guys who couldn't believe how bad the vines looked and will fix them for me.

They were easy to reach, responsive, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We are extremely satisfied customers, and cannot wait to work with you guys in the future. Thanks again!

Jose and his entire team are fantastic. They are reliable, communicative and follow through with their work. It is unfortunate that individuals who have not used this company come on here to leave a bad review that has nothing to do with the business or their work. Jose and his crew have been helping my family for decades and we could not be happier.

They have reckless drivers! Their service truck ran a red and almost collided with our car (we had the right of way/green light). We had our children and could have ended terribly.

These landscapers will block people’s driveways with no regard. Having a whole corner to park at or around. I had to leave my home and find someone to move their truck. This is not ok, if there is an emergency I should not have to chase people to remove their truck from my driveway when they are not even servicing my home. I had contacted them and they continue to do this. Next time I will involve the police.

Contour Landscaping was efficient and thorough. The crew was friendly and the yard looked great when they left. They made big improvements with drainage in our backyard. Looking forward to having them back!

This is long overdue, but I cannot recommend Contour highly enough. My wife and I put our house on the market in the summer of 2025, and our landscaping needed some TLC (to put it mildly) and needed it FAST. I reached out to a number of companies in the area with Contour and one other being the most responsive. Josh came out the next day to look at our property and provided an extremely reasonable estimate immediately. Josh’s competence shines through and this expertise extended to the two-man crew who came to do the job. Not only did they work essentially Sun up to Sun down weeding and mulching, they also worked around the asphalt sealing crew that was working on our driveway. I firmly believe the work Contour did to beautify our landscaping helped us attract and find the right buyers for our home.
