Very misleading advertising. They texted me confirming the service for $99 for the whole system with no hidden fees. But when they arrived, they suddenly said return vents would cost an additional $199. Cleaning only supply vents without returns makes no sense, since it’s one HVAC system. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Homeowners, especially new ones, beware – the real cost is much higher than the promotion they advertise

Thank you, MDF. They are very professional and very fast to book appointments. They took care of all the air ducts and explained any questions I had. The night before they sent me the range of times they would show up and the day of I received a text message with the exact time. Very efficient. Highly recommend. I have cats and I could see the cats toys in the ducts that had fallen inside the vents!

Shaun and kash really did a great job doing r air duct cleaning and laundry vent. They even give us a good deal for mold removal. These 2 are highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

This company caused significant damage to my central AC/heating unit during their visit 9/30/25 for an air duct/vent cleaning. They informed me that they will be in-charge with turning the unit on/off. After their visit they did not double check with me to turn the AC on. They just left. The next day, the temperature in our home became unbearable. I attempted to turn on the AC, only to discover that it wouldn’t start at all. I attempted to resolve the issue via a FaceTime call with their team, but the system remains non-functional. They assured me they would return on Saturday 10/4/25 between 2–5 PM. they never showed up, and I received no call, no message, no explanation.

Not only did they waste my time, but they also left me questioning the condition of my central AC/heater and whether their visit caused even more problems than they fixed. I have made multiple attempts to contact them, all of which have gone unanswered. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable.

Extremely disappointed. I don’t recommend their services to anyone.

I hired this company to clean my air ducts, and I honestly wish I had gone with a more reputable provider. When I first called to get a quote, I reached out to several companies. This one kept calling me back—twice—to see if I was going to schedule. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag.

I was quoted for unlimited return and supply vents and also asked about cleaning my air ducts, dryer vents, and AC. I ended up skipping the dryer vent cleaning. When they came out, they sucked some dirt out of a few vents, sprayed some air into others, and then said they were done. The service was extremely underwhelming for what I paid.

Right away, the technician claimed I had mold and pushed a $699 “treatment.” This company feels like a scam. They lure you in with low prices just to upsell once they arrive. They bring a big vacuum machine to make it seem like a thorough job, but the quality and professionalism simply aren’t there.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. You’re better off hiring a well-known, reputable company like Stanley Steemer or someone you can truly hold accountable. I will never use this company again.I did a review yesterday, but I want to make sure people really understand my experience with this company. In my opinion, they are running a scam.

On September 7, 2025, I paid cash for a service they quoted me for. When they arrived, they were at my home for no longer than 45 minutes, then told me the air conditioner cleaning I specifically requested was not included in the service.

I told them clearly, “I know what I asked you for,” and the person on the phone said he would send me the voice recording of our conversation to prove what was quoted. He also promised to email me my receipt and before-and-after pictures.
I never received any of these items—the voice recording, the pictures, or the receipt—despite following up multiple times. I even had to record myself giving them the cash because, based on their behavior, I truly believe they would have claimed I never paid them otherwise.

If you read through their bad reviews, you’ll also see other customers saying they felt pressured into leaving good reviews, which makes sense now after what I experienced.
This is unacceptable and feels completely dishonest.
For comparison, my friend recently used Mr. Duct, paid a little more, and said they were professional, thorough, and took their time. I now believe paying extra for a reputable company that values its customers and brand is worth it.

My advice: Don’t fall for discounts that lead to poor service and zero accountability. I truly hope this review helps someone else make a better decision than I did.
