Sam and his team did an amazing job. They were throughly checking our whole system, found points that needed attention, showed us before and after of every spot and letf the whole system impeccable. Recommend them 100%

I was told that the service was $99 upon booking however when the techs came to the house they told it would be another $299 to complete the entire house. Booking was not upfront about this. Why would you not disclose a price increase like that ahead of time? Most people that sign up for a service like this wouldn't know the process. The promotion was $99 as advertised on FB. I was also told I would get before and after photos. When I asked the tech told me they couldn't get them because of the way my vents bent?? I reached out to the person that booked my service with no response. You should also tell your customers that a tip is going to be asked for so cash could be taken out ahead of time. Kash and Shaun should not have to be put in a situation where a customer is unhappy due to a scam like service! Be honest and upfront about what is needed to do the job right and how much that will cost. Unfortunately, would not recommend. Next time I will seek a local company that hopefully is more honest.

Excellent Air Duct Cleaning Service!

I had a great experience with MDF Air Duct cleaning! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and thorough. They explained the entire process before starting, used high quality equipment, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward.

I noticed a big difference in air quality immediately — less dust, fresher air. They also showed before and after photos, which was really reassuring.

Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and affordable air duct cleaning!

The crew was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They conducted an inspection and informed me that the blower motor needed to be cleaned and sanitized (this had never been done and the home was built about 20 years ago). They cleaned the vents and returns so well. Everything is dust free and looks immaculate. Unmatched service, hands down! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for helping us breathe healthy air again! The house smells incredible by the way because of the sanitizing of the blower motor. I would definitely recommend if you’re due for a cleaning. 10/10

Marius, Juan and Daniel did a great job on the air vent system in my condo, which hadn't been cleaned and serviced in ages. They were courteous, hardworking and very thorough!

Second time I’ve used this company for duct cleaning service. After I had my ducts cleaned, I had my elderly mother’s house done. Always on time and professional. They explained everything and never pushy to sell unneeded services.

All around great service - I was able to get my duct cleaning service scheduled quickly, and the crew was on time, friendly, and professional. I worked from home during the cleaning with minimal disruption and they showed me some very satisfying before and after photos too! I would hire them again.

I hired them to clean my ducts. They were on time, friendly and professional. They included ac cleaning. Which they did. But my AC does not work any more. The condenser just does not kick in any more. I only have the house fan. Not happy.

Josh and his partner were nothing short of awesome. Very nice, efficient, and educated me on a lot of HVAC and duct stuff. Very happy with the service and will definitely be a life long customer.

I called to Chicagoland after few others company, they gave me really good prices and perfect service.
They came really fast and did the job exactly the way i want.
I will definitely use them for the future again.

Had an appointment on Friday, July 11th at noon. They arrived at approximately 2:15 PM and left just before 4PM

Although the crew members were very polite, respectful and friendly, I don’t feel I received all the services that I had paid for.

For one, the crew was not able to use negative pressure in our duct cleaning, because the vacuum unit was too big (and too heavy) to fit down the stairs at the point the stairs curved.  The crew strained to get it down the stairs but was stopped by chair lift rail. However, in a previous home I owned where I had ducts cleaned, the negative pressure unit was in the truck and a giant flexible duct was brought from the truck into the basement of my home. Unfortunately the hose this
company supplied was too short to connect to the vacuum unit outside my front door to the furnace down stairs. When I made the appointment, I indicated the size of the home and the crew should have been prepared for that.

The two crew members worked independently of each other and it was difficult to be sure each cold air return and vent was cleaned. I had to show them a vent I knew they missed.

In addition, the vent cleaning qualified me to get a free dryer vent cleaning. However, the crew informed me that they could not do the vent cleaning as the dryer vent discharged on the roof and they would need to get a very long ladder. I asked your crew if they could move the dryer and go as far up the dryer vent as possible, and they did.

I also paid for a furnace cleaning and inspection, and the quote stated the following:”We offer a comprehensive cleaning and inspection service which removes buildup and debris from all major furnace components including the heat exchanger, combustion chamber, burners, jets, blower motor, fan, filter, and pilot light”. I did not see evidence that anything was removed, inspected and/or cleaned. All I know is I was asked whether the previous home owner (I am a new owner) would have maintained the furnace, and I said yes, I believe so. Other furnace inspection and cleanings I’ve previously had done have provided a (verbal; sometimes written) report as to what was cleaned and whether any items of concern were found. Honestly, I did not receive any Verbal or written report, nor did I observe that any of the above furnace cleaning items were performed. I am not accusing anyone of not doing their job per se, but I would like to be satisfied that more was done than merely removing the furnace cover.

Finally, I paid for a: Duct Cleaning - Sanitize and Disinfection, which per the quote, includes: Sanitize and disinfection process is done through the use of a fogging machine to eliminate mold, bacteria, and dust mites. Now, i am nearly 100% positive that nothing like this was done. When asked, a crew member told me that there is a spray attached to the high pressure air hose that releases the disinfectant. If this was done, it was definitely odorless. I wanted these vents cleaned because the previous owners were smokers. The smoke smell faded with the use of activated charcoal and sprays, and we figured a disinfectant in the ducts would provide the final cleaning needed. Unfortunately after the ducts were cleaned, the cigarette smoke smell returned inside the home for awhile.

I paid $523 for these services. The crew was here on a Friday afternoon for just under 2 hours from ~ 2:15 PM until about 4 PM, and it appeared they couldn’t leave fast enough. I know it had been a hot week, but rushing around doesn’t make the customer feel that a quality job was done.

I picked this company because of all the 5 star ratings, and I even emailed the company the following Monday (with no response) to let them know I was dissatisfied.

Daniel and Elin did a great job on my ducts. They were fast and efficient. They also gave me some great recommendations on furnace cleanings. They were both very informative and the price was just right!

The guys did a excellent job cleaning the ducts and vent system. I was shocked to see the before and after pictures. I now understand how important it is to Have the vents serviced as required.They took the time to explain the whole process and was very kind to answer any questions I had.

Leif and his assistant were great. I'm a little confused or disappointed in the follow up email. It has pictures attached but they all look like before pics. I can't tell which ones are the after pics which makes me a little nervous about what was really cleaned.
