Chicago Air Duct folks were really awesome! They were very timely, efficient and detail in their communication. They did very thorough cleaning and shared before and after pictures during the process. They also explained how to maintain the ducts and furnace filter in an ongoing basis. Love their work! I will absolutely recommend them to my friends without hesitation.

Chicagoland Air Duct was very easy to work with. From the moment I spoke to someone to the moment the team left our home, they showed how professional and courteous they are. They did an an excellent job cleaning out our system that was way over due for cleaning. They even recommended a few extra services we needed. Don't hesitate booking with Chicagoland Air Duct! We will definitely use them again.

Had my HVAC and dryer vent cleaned. Service for both was excellent. The service men showed pictures of the work before and after, which is a plus. Would recommend them to someone who needs HVAC work.

Chicagoland Air Duct sent two professionals to my house for a duct cleaning, dryer cleaning, and sanitation.

Once they were here they “up sold” to take a look at our furnace and took the filter out of our humidifier and told me how to replace the filter. One professional took pictures of the filter and added it to their report.

It took only an hour for them to complete all this work. Overall we spent about $800.

Once the professionals left I noticed that there were pieces of our humidifier broken and left on the floor. I took pictures. Then I tried to do laundry and our dryer blower was broken. We had to call out a professional and it cost us $265 to repair just the dryer.

A few days later we noticed water leaking from our furnace/AC/humidifier area. We called out our HVAC company and were told the humidifier filter component was destroyed. He said it was clear the filter was torn out and we were quoted $900 to repair it.

I informed Chicagoland Air Ducts and they responded with an email insinuating I was a liar and a scam artist. I was told by Tammy that their company doesn’t even offer humidifier work.
I sent the pictures I took and referred her to the “after service report” that had pictures of the filter that the servicemen took themselves.
She didn’t even bother to talk to her servicemen or check the report before sending me an insulting email. We had $1065 in repairs to make after their work was complete and the company is completely ignoring my attempts for a resolution on the humidifier.

Leif and Anthony knew their stuff. They were impressive with their knowledge, educated me, and corrected some errors from previous services that didn't clean very well. I am really thankful for their thoroughness and for coming to my home to help.

Great experience! We used Chicagoland Air Duct to clean the dryer ducts for 8 units in my condo building. The team showed up on time, got the job done quickly, and were super helpful with advice when we encountered an issue with the original install in one unit. They were easy to work with and very professional - would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Chicagoland air duct is amazing company! They installed a UV light for me, and also cleaned my duct system! The team were amazing! They did a great job for me, and the most important part is they worked very clean! I would highly recommend them and use them over again!

Holy Cow!!! Dion and another tech called an hour early to see if they could arrive for their appointment. These two were amazing! Professional, courteous, in uniform, polite, and thorough. They explained many things to me along the way and would not leave until I was completely satisfied with the job that they performed. Were not annoyed when I asked questions, either. They actually liked the fact that I was constantly around as some home-owners, according to Dion, just disappear and let the techs do their job. That isn't always efficient as they may have questions for the homeowners, also.
I could not be happier with the level of service that I received from them AND Sunny whom I went back and forth for over 20 emails/texts regarding the job in the 2 weeks prior to it being completed.
In a world of people being taken advantage of regarding this type of service, you do not need to worry about that with these guys! Give them a call, today!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Chicagoland Air Duct was recommended to me and they did not disappoint! They were able to schedule their services next day and arrived on time. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable , and provided my home with excellent service.

We replaced our HVAC and AC systems back in 2021 and we just recently had issues with our AC not pulling out hot air. Little did we know, this company NO longer provides maintenance, which was part of our original contract!! Unacceptable 😡

We have now called ABC Plumbing, who discovered that our Freon was completely depleted in 2 years. We are still trying to determine the source of the leak…

I have left voicemails and called numerous times with no answer from Chicagoland Air Duct. This is terrible and costly!! Do NOT recommend.

The only reason I gave any stars is because our technician at the time of service was great and it is extremely unfortunate that corporate can ruin the business.

The company gave a thorough inspection of our air ducts and furnace; however, they came 3 hours earlier than their scheduled time and were not communicative leading up to the appointment. I had to be extremely proactive in confirming the appointment. Additionally there was some scheduling confusion on their end early on. Overall, they got the job done without an issue.

Great, positive experience! The company was very responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, about a day after I reached out, which worked out fabulously for my tight timeline. The crew was on time and completed all items outlined on the initial confirmation email, including before and after photos. The ducts were very dirty and I'm happy I got the service done and will recommend the company in the future.

I had never had my air ducts cleaned, but due to some health concerns, I decided it needed to be done. I was looking for a reliable company with reasonable prices. Most places I contacted, were out of my price range or had a long wait time. Chicagoland Air Duct was wonderful! They got me an appointment the next day; they were in time and professional. Leif and Jerry explained everything, cleaned each vent and were overall extremely nice. I will definitely be referring their services to others!

Don’t usually write reviews like this.. I have used this company multiple times. The last time we used them they did duct cleaning as well as a deep furnace cleaning at one of our job sites. A month later had an HVAC contractor come out for a tune up, and he found that the furnace was very dirty and there was a filter stuck in the blower motor. So I paid twice for the furnace cleaning. Tried to reach out to Chicagoland air duct several times about this, phone and email, haven’t received any response from them. Very disappointed. Standing by your work is important in this business, so I would not recommend them

Chicagoland Air Duct provided me with excellent service. They were prompt and clean. My dryer performance has been improved. I highly recommend.

4. Personally i will try a different company.
5. Update 5/17 Just remove my filter and found on return duct dirty unclean area. People reading this please get a different company i added new pictures.
