A crew of 2 showed up on time. Explained what it was they were prepared to do. They were conscientious of our belongings. Worked quickly and thoroughly. How do I know? They pulled things from my vents that the last company I hired didn't. The most amusing thing was a plastic duck toy they pulled from the family room vent. And, they even cleaned my bathroom exhaust fans and refrigerator coils! Awesome job all around.

I don't know much about duct/vent cleaning as this was the first time I've had this done, but super impressed with the responsiveness (they were here within 24 hours) and Josh was awesome. Super professional, honest, and clearly loves what he does. When told him there may be a lot of build up in the dryer vent, he said "yes, that will be very satisfying for me". When your duct guys get pleasure out of getting the lint and dust out...clearly you have the right guys! I accidentally had 3 HVAC in the order instead of 2 so he called and got the price reduced as well. My wife commented that Josh was great as well so Chicagoland Air Duct had a new customer going forward. Thanks Josh!

The crew were extremely professional and efficient. Our vents had drywall and such from the construction a year and a half ago and the crew cleaned all of it.
They even gave us tips on how to keep our vents cleaner. Definitely recommend.

We recently had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned and were very happy with the service we received from Chicagoland Air Duct. They were able to accommodate our schedule and we received prompt, efficient service. This was our first time having air ducts cleaned and I was nervous about which company to go with, but I am very happy that we chose Chicagoland Air Duct.

Great guys. Did a great job at a great price!! Before and after pictures below. - Need to change my initial review, later on that day after having the ducts cleaned we had a layer of black dust all over everything in the house. - Changing our review again. The guys at Chicagoland contacted us after our review and insisted on making it right, and they have. Not too often these days a company will come back around and follow through on their service promises. Kudos.

Overall the scheduling experience and work were fine, except that I had specifically asked that they clean up any debris that fell to the floor under the vents (a 1 minute vacuuming job under each vent). They said they would do this, but they did not. Right on the floor under several vents there were piles of paint chips and dust after they left (and the floor was completely clean before they came). Very annoying since it is something I specifically discussed with the guy when he arrived at my house, and he assured me they would clean up after themselves.

The team was awesome efficient and very professional. I had my home remodeled a couple years back and have not done a cleaning since then. They did an awesome job as they found a lot debris. I would recommend them!

They did an exceptional job on our house! After our air ducts had not been apparently cleaned in a very long time, they made them look like new. The price beat all other companies too!

Excellent and professional service. On time. They cleaned the furnace / HVAC and all the ducts an ductwork - and sanitized for mold, dust, bacteria and dust mites in our newly purchased home. The vented air is noticeably fresh now. Recommended.

The crew, Daniel, Mark and Erin, communicated well ahead of time so that I wasn't waiting around for hours, they were very polite upon arrival, professional and wearing booties. They proceeded to do work as promised for air duct, dryer and furnace cleaning. I appreciated the photos, both before and after during the entire process. I will certainly recommend these guys to my neighbors, and call them back for future cleaning!

Absolutely awesome experience. From the initial response through Yelp through the end of the job and paying the bill. Josh is ultra professional and conscious of the household and needs. With two kids at home attending class he asked them about their schedules and did the work in phases so he wouldn’t bother them! Definitely recommend them and will use them for ongoing maintenance. The team of two came back during agreed time frame. They called me 30 min before arrival. The team had masks on the entire time being in the house, which is greatly appreciated during COVID times. They were very professional. Cleaned all vents and ducts. They provided pictures before and after for comparison. They offered additional services based on a state of my ducts and I actually agreed to furnace leaning for additional fee. Based on my experience I recommend Chicago Air Duct company for duct and vents cleaning. Note, the cleaning process is very loud, so if you are working from home make sure that you are not scheduling any meetings for that time.

The guys from Chicagoland Air Duct did a wonderful job cleaning my entire duct system. The took their time to explain the entire process, they were very professional and did everything in an efficient and timely manner. They cleaned my entire duct system, the furnace, they even cleaned my dryer vent system which was full and clogged with lint. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to clean their vent system.

I scheduled my appointment online. They arrived in the time frame. I was told what the process was and open to start in the area of the home I wanted. They were professional and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves. Gave suggestions for furnace care and duct care.
This was my fisrt time cleaning the ducts. We will have to let time pass to judge the full benefit of the service.
They workers Anthony and DJ worked very well together and they did a good job cleaning out each of the vents and return ducts.

My husband and I are very satisfied with the service provided by Chicagoland air duct. Ben sent out a crew of two men who were polite, efficient, and totally above board. They accomplished everything Ben promised in a timely manner.. aside from cleaning all of our air ducts, they also included the cleaning of our clothes dryer. We were certainly in need of this service and Hope that our health will be improved by breathing cleaner air. We will certainly hire them in the future as needed.

They expressed a concern that dryer vent cleaning could be risky with the way my system is set up so we skipped it vs. risking damage which was greatly appreciated.

I had them come to clean our dryer vent. They gave us a window of time and came right at the start. We did not have to wait around. They cleaned the vent quickly and let us know about measurements in case we wanted to replace our pre-existing vent which was old. Very informative and efficient.
