Highly recommend Josh Rooter! This was a wonderful experience! On the coldest day of the year, we got a clogged drain and leaky pipe. When I called, the team said they would be there in under 2 hours. They arrived less than 30 minutes later to help us. Price was very reasonable and service was great.

Josh did an excellent job on plumbing work for my grandparents home. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the job within a timely fashion.

Tried to install the toilet myself but it kept wobbling, Josh came in and fixed the problem within 20 minutes with a new wax ring and it is now very sturdy. Josh also showed me some items that may be a problem in the future- I appreciate the time he took to point these out so I can come up with a plan. Josh is a fantastic plumber! We are happy to recommend him. Over the past six years, he has installed a new sump pump, helped us control water in the basement, put in a new toilet and faucets, and unclogged our kitchen drain a few times. He is reasonably priced, honest and extremely responsive. He is the only plumber we call.

Had Josh-Rooter out today to fix a block in my sewer drain. They came out within an hour and got to work immediately. The workers were very friendly and provided excellent service! No hidden fees and their rates were significantly better than the two other companies that I had contacted. I'd happily recommend them if you have plumbing/sewer repair needs.

Quickly diagnosed the problem with my sump pump, gave me the options available, consulted that I did not need the more expensive one, and quickly fixed the issue replacing my sump pump and check valve within the hour. This was one of the best home repair experiences I’ve had. In short, Josh did exactly what he said he would, for the price he specified, in record time. He could not have been nicer and he didn’t even make fun of my ridiculous DIY attempt at pipe triage. He came to my home to provide a written estimate approximately one hour after I contacted him. His price was extremely reasonable, and he fit my relatively small job of replacing a leaking pipe into his very busy schedule (e.g. fixing the multitude of problems that come with subarctic weather). The job was done a day later and the final cost was exactly what was specified in his estimate. The new pipe is beautiful and he left my basement cleaner than how he found it. I would highly recommend Josh for any plumbing services.

Called Josh’s plumbing service because our mainline was severely blocked and caused backup to overflow in the basement bathroom. They were very polite, professional, and thorough. Told me before he does anything he would need to put the camera to check out the pipes. Found the problem in 33 feet. My clay pipe were cracked he gave me a reasonable price I got the work done and a reasonable time.
