Josh and his team are great! They're responsive, professional, and very helpful. I called them to rod my pipes bc they were local. Price was reasonable and they showed up on time. Then used them again when my sump pump backed up and flooded my basement. They found the issue and installed new sewer and drain pipes.

I think that Josh is very knowledgeable about plumbing. His first service call he successfully rooted my sewer after another company had failed to fix the problem. At that time I showed him an ancient shower fixture that I wanted to replace. He was the fifth home remodeler or plumber that I asked about this and the first who came up with a reasonable approach that wouldn't require major bathroom remodeling. Then he came in and did it successfully in around 6 hours.

If you are looking for a great plumber, look no further. Josh is a godsend. He and his team fixed several major plumbing issues in my "new" 1950s house in a single day. On top of that, he gave me a fair rate and even fixed a few minor things that he didn't charge me for. I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that he and his team performed. Thanks again Josh!

I have used Josh a few times for issues in my home or the condo association. He came today to fix a leaking valve and installed a new one for me based on the estimate he gave me over the phone after I sent pictures.
He also has done work for my coworker such as change a cartridge in a shower.
Josh was first recommended by another coworker. My coworker owned a building in Chicago and Josh solved several problems in old buildings.
Josh is personable and also speaks French.

I decided to call Josh after reading all the outstanding Google reviews. We had an issue with our bathtub drain and Josh was able to come to our house within 2 hours of my call (only plumber I had contacted with same day availability). Josh was extremely professional, explained the issue and provided a cost estimate, and managed to fix the problem quickly. Cost was very reasonable compared to other plumbers in our area. I would definitely call Josh again for any future plumbing needs. 5 stars.

Great service! They came out right away for a quote when I had issues with one of my sewer pipes. Suggested a better solution than I received from another plumber, that gave me a permanent resolution rather than a temporary one with fair pricing. The actual work was quick and clean. I recommend them to anyone!

Thanks to a stretch of sub-zero temps, the pump in our yard froze and broke, and the drainage pipe leading from the pump was frozen solid. We sorta blindly selected Josh Rooter from a handful of companies online and were very happy with the service. Josh came out the same day to assess the situation and begin repairs. He fixed the pump and relaid a new drainage pipe to prevent it from freezing again. He’s responsive, efficient, knowledgable and made sure things were fixed the right way so we don’t experience the problem again. I would absolutely call Josh for future plumbing needs.
