I can't recommend Josh Rooter Plumbing highly enough! We are doing a gut rehab of a bathroom, and Josh and his team took great care of us. They came with a crew of highly skilled professionals and completed this extensive project - converting a tub to a stand-up shower - in under two days. They showed up on time, worked very hard, kept us informed, and couldn't have been easier to work with. On top of all that, their fee structure is very reasonable, especially given the quality of their work.

I called Josh Monday morning at 9:30 and he was at my house by 10:30. He replaced my toilet and shower fixtures and got the drain in my sink all cleared. I could not have asked for quicker service with honest pricing and a fair assessment of what was needed to get my basement bathroom up and running! I will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs!

POOR VALUE AND POOR QUALITY. Quoted $500 for a 20 minute task to use forced smoke to find a leak in sewer vent pipe. Plumbers then proceeded to drill eight 4-inch holes in 4 different locations to (fail to) find the leak with which they had very little experience or wisdom in doing. Also, smoke machine ran out of gas and we had to ask four neighbors to get a gas can to assist. We called a second plumber who took 1.5 hours to find and repair the leak for $150.

Made an appointment to consult and solve an issue of over flooding back yard. Specifically explained what I needed prior to setting appointment. The specialist that arrived was an indoor basement solutions expert and could not really advise or price the project I needed. I was assured someone will contact me the next day with proper specialist which never happened.
Waste of time and really unprofessional.

Christina (Office) moved up my service appt. to accommodate my schedule. Miguel expertly serviced my flood control & patiently explained the process from beginning to end.

Never had such service from original installation company. From now I’m going to call PARKS’ Plumbing & Sewer!

Everything good, but notes left by crew were a little unclear. Pump reading of 400 means nothing to me, not to mention age of pump. Is a reading of 400 good? Bad? Is "pump is 3 years old" an indication that it is failing? After 3 years? Had to call to get clarity.

Highly recommend, especially for new homeowners as they are great at educating you on how your plumbing works. Luis had excellent recommendations and has your plumbing needs at best interest!

Park's plumber began project wrong and made a mess. A follow up plumber (Jim) came out and repaired the mess. A team of sewer workers dug up my basement and replaced a clogged pipe very efficiently in one day. Jim returned the next day and straightened out the piping that the sewer workers did not do correctly. All in all the work was satisfactory.

Very happy we went with Parks Plumbing. No issues over 12 years. We get an annual check up and have confidence we are protected from flooding!

Tested and replaced 2 Sum-Pro flood control system batteries not holding charge after 6-year life cycle. Also, checked 2 sump pumps in basin. Technicians were courteous and efficient.

Victor and Liam were great. They were super friendly, did great work, and averted a disaster when my neighbor turned the water back on to the building without checking to see if the plumbing work was finished. Parks Plumbing will be my first call for any plumbing going forward.
