Parks Plumbing was able to get me on the schedule quickly and work done was top notch. Technicians were knowledgeable and were able to educate on the ins and outs of the plumbing in my 8 unit condo building. After service they suggested having our catch basin pumped out and their office followed up the next day to schedule service. Amazing customer service and tremendous value. Would highly recommend!

We had a problem that when we flushed one toilet we would hear gurgling in the shower drain and mud room floor drain. We immediately contacted Parks Plumbing and the crew showed up immediately. It was discovered that there was a sewer blockage under our front door. The crew returned a day later to add a new sewer pipe and clean out to access the blockage. Once they saw the blockage it was cleaned and also then discovered by camera that the pipe was cracked underneath the front door. The crew worked in unison, were professional and extremely clean and respectful of our property. All was fixed and we’re so grateful. Thanks Jeff, Keith and Matt!!!

I had the crew out for a routine maintenance. They identified an issue with the switch that needed replacing. They had all the parts in their truck and they got everything replaced and buttoned up in no time. Techs were super knowledgeable and friendly. Would never go with a different flood control company or product.

Flood control system I have no complaints. Service is also excellent. It's only that I was quoted $123 less $25 for a total of $98 for check up of my flood control system but instead $128 less $5 for a total of $123. Initially I received a reminder notice regarding service check up of my flood control and the notice did say "$25 off your next plumbing service". So I called confirmed the price and set an appointment. After the service I got billed differently. I called spoke to a female customer service and insisted that I was billed correctly and the discount doesn't apply to flood control service checkup (Did know flood control is not part of plumbing). I did voiced out that was quoted for the service and it was very deceiving notice which she replied she will notify the President. Anyway I paid whatever they charge but next time I will want a official quote by email that this is the agreed charged. Have trusted them for more than 10 years and very disappointed and never expected they would changed. Could be management has change and this is the new Parks Plumbing. $25 bucks isn't the .issue but the integrity.

Our experience was Parks was excellent. Parks replaced a lead water line. Design of work was thoughtful and far less disruptive than competing quote. Showed up on time. Finished on time. Excellent job restoring ground/lawn.

We have used Parks Plumbing for major flood proofing work in the past and were very pleased with all their work. We just had them work at our house again -- we wanted to replace the water service line from street into our house, and solicited bids from recommended plumbing companies in our area. Parks Plumbing, the vendor we always prefer to use for the quality of all their work, provided the lowest bid. They spent time with us the week before the work, making sure they understood all issues unique to this old house, and explained every step of the work beforehand in terms that were forthright and clear. They came exactly when they said they would begin and worked every day without interruption until the work was completed. They were very careful to disrupt our yard, lawn, garden, and inside basement as little as possible, and they were meticulous about keeping sites clean and cleaning up after themselves. They answered all questions easily throughout the job. They did the job they promised, finished on schedule, and (a month later) everything works perfectly. They worked smoothly with Village inspectors and their requirements. The final bill was exactly what they estimated -- Parks never adds "surprise" charges as the job unfolds. We couldn't be more delighted with their work and the final result. We also have and will continue to call Parks Plumbing for all our smaller, routine plumbing jobs -- faucet replacement, toilet problems, etc. They are extremely reliable and their rates are reasonable. The are super-good for all plumbing and sewer work, and very service-oriented every time we need them.

4-5 years ago, we had Parks’ Plumbing install their flood prevention system to our sewer line. Outstanding decision! Once per year they provide maintenance. Smooth sailing ever since. They get A plus grades from me! Thanks!

Parks Plumbing is great. Always very responsive and helpful until the problem is solved. Luis and Nathan were at our home today to replace a sump pump and battery back-up and were very professional, explained everything and did a great job.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience with your company. I scheduled an appointment for your technician to come out to evaluate a flood issue (water in the basement possibly from backed up floor drains) as well as service my flood control system. I scheduled the appointment 6 days prior.
When the techs arrived, they discovered the leak (which happened to be a faulty humidifier leaking water). But they did no further investigation to a potential sewage issue other than peeking in a floor drain. They made no effort to inspect the flood system, much less actually service it, for which the appointment was specifically made. They instead told me that a more important client had a flood issue and that they were going to leave (after being there 10 minutes) to take care of that instead. They then told me their office would call me to reschedule. They did remember to charge me the $78 service charge.
So I paid $78 for them to peek in a drain, do no further inspection of the problem, not do any servicing whatsoever (they didn’t even take the cover off the flood system) for which again the appointment was made, and promise me a call to reschedule from their office, which they never did, by the way.
To schedule an appointment for a flood problem and wait almost a week to get that level of ‘service’ is absolutely ridiculous.
The only saving grace is that 2 of my neighbors are also clients and have been told about this. I don’t see them being clients much longer.

Fast, efficient, polite and economical! Will never call anyone else if we need plumbing again! (and, no, just coincidental regarding name 😊)

Fantastic work at a very competitive price. We needed to replace old pipes in our basement up to our kitchen, and Luis and Nathan did the work as thoughtfully and carefully as possible. They were quick to adapt when something unexpected came up (gotta love old houses!) and get the project completed. We are so happy with our new water pressure!

After spending more than 10k for flood control system, there is nothing change with water problem. We installed it for more than 2 years and have to call for problem 3 times. Each time we have to pay for it, I wonder about what they mean for 10 years warranty. All time they comes, we got an answer “because of your house, not our system” then what do we need them for? They told us “ when you buy a car, you need to maintain every year, because this year you did not do maintenance ( we did forgot this year), so it has problem. My husband told them when we bought car, we have 3 year maintenance free. They just keep silence “ . It is not the first time we feel unhappy about service. Their customer service is so bad. They are nice before you signed in the contract, after that good luck….
They billed me but when I called to talk , they just told me they will call back, but I have never received a call from them

I wish I could leave a 6 star review for Parks Plumbing. They have been singularly wonderful in their responsiveness, communication and expert advice. Their pricing was very fair and I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience. I highly recommend this company.

Best investment, parks installed in front of my home 2 cast iron check valves and a sump pump. Shortly after installing, a storm hit and flooded the neighborhood but me! Two years later I had them do an inspection and everything was passed with flying colors! You can’t put a price tag on quality work, best investment ever! Thanks again!!

Nathan and Joe were very professional and did a great job installing a new water heater, kitchen faucet, and outdoor spigot. They were on time, came in our house with shoe protectors, explain their work in detail before starting, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before leaving. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommend

Great company and we were assigned two of their best, Greg and Christopher, to re-plumb all the hot water pipes in our house from very old and corroded galvanized pipes to copper. They worked hard and well and Greg, the lead, kept us informed all along the way. At the end of 1.5 days we had gleaming copper pipes that Greg "toured" us through and that included 2 new shut-off valves. We most heartily recommend Parks' Plumbing & Sewer and will call them when we replace our lead water line and for any other plumbing needs.
