Reviews of local pros in Streamwood, Illinois

I have had VC Plumbing at my house multiple times and all I have to say is that it is the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. Everyone has been outstanding in their service and professionalism. It is rare to find a plumber that is looking out for YOUR best interest. When someone asks for a plumber recommendation, the only answer is VC Plumbing!

Same day appt available! Plumber arrived on time. Plumber was very* polite. Explained process clearly. Did not try to upcharge. Cleaned up after service! Definitely recommend VC plumbing!

We had a huge job for VC plumbing. We needed a lot of work done including replacing pipes. Kyle and Miguel were basically with us the whole time. Jonathan came to help as well. The guys were amazing. Hard working, very knowledgeable, and very honest. They gave their expert opinions, and explained things thoroughly. VC is trustworthy and comes highly recommended from us.

Great guys! We've had a lot of work done with V.C. Plumbing, and they always deliver top notch service and work!

This was my first experience of calling V.C.Plumbing and it was a great pleasure. Plumber Johnathan and his assistant arrived on the same day and promptly at the given time. They analyzed the problem and allayed my thoughts of an expensive repair. They were a good team and worked quickly to resolve the issue.

Kevin and Kyle were Professional, clean, explained exactly what they were doing. Gave me a quote before they started work. Price was reasonable. They did excellent work. I will definitely use them again!

V C Plumbing did an outstanding job on a very difficult hot water heater repair and they went to great lengths to obtain parts and finished quickly. They did not over charge, very cost effective. 5☆

We had a pipe burst and called VC Plumbing based on a google search. Kyle and Miguel arrived the same day, fixed the problem efficiently and were very fair with pricing. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and had great communication. We appreciated the service so much that we had them come back the following week to do some additional work that needed to get done. Highly recommend. Thank you for your help!

Jonathan did a great job of replacing my 2 - 40 gallon water heaters. He showed up early and went to work. The installation of the Bradford White water heaters was done professionally. I am very pleased with their work.

Sadly, I woke up this fine Sunday to a watery mess. Knowing nothing (except how to shut off the water main, which I did), I called VC Plumbing explaining my water woes. Within 10 minutes I had a call back, and in less than an hour the plumber was here saving the day. Did I mention it was Sunday at 7am? Going above and beyond the plumbing repair, they contacted a restoration company for me so I didn't have to go searching for one myself. Not just service oriented, but compassionate and kind to boot - thank you all!!! I am grateful I don't often have plumbing and sewer issues, but when I do, I'm calling VC Plumbing (and you should too).

We had a major plumbing problem a few weeks ago and a friend of ours recommended V.C. Plumbing. The plumbers, Kyle and Miguel, were able to come the same day we called the company. It was a tough job to clean out the main drain located in our basement, but Kyle and Miguel did an exceptional job. We highly recommend V.C. Plumbing.

Terrible experience with this company. I paid $250 for a sewer scope, and was told I’d receive a video recording, photos, and a report by the following week. That never happened. I followed up multiple times—first they said the report would be sent, then I was repeatedly sent to voicemail with no response. Weeks have passed and I still have nothing to show for the service I paid for. No follow-through, no accountability, and no customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Stephan arrived on time and with perfect manners. He diagnosed an unforeseen problem, made calls to the right people, and made us feel at ease and confident that the problem will be resolved. Courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, … a true professional.

Highly recommend V.C Plumbing! I had a leak in one of my bathrooms and they were able to have someone out so quickly to address and fix the issue. I needed my garbage disposal replaced as well and they were able to take care of that while here too. Great customer service!

Roberto was very professional and great to work with. He fixed our plumbing issues fast. I would/will highly recommend him and all of VC Plumbing to anyone in need of their services.

V.C. Plumbing, Inc. is one of the BEST plumbing businesses in the northwest suburbs! They offer incredible customer service, are extremely knowledgeable and installed same day within hours of me contacting them! I would highly recommend V.C. Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. They are amazing!

Mike and his crew are responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and reasonably priced. Came out to do the annual service on our Tankless water heater the next day. Extremely satisfied with VC Plumbing...

Stefan and Will were excellent. After struggling to find a plumber that would really get to the root of my problem, they came in, took the trouble to properly diagnose the cause, and fixed my issue for good. 100% will rely on them for all my future plumbing needs

VC Plumbing is highly reputable, trustworthy and completes quality plumbing work you can count on! Service is excellent and I trust all of my plumbing needs in my home with VC Plumbing! Vince has retired handing this wonderful business to his son, Michael! He does great work and is following proudly in his dad's legacy.

I have to say it was an absolute pleasure to work with this company to fix the plumbing in our bathroom. We worked with Jonathan and he was extremely patient with us and explained everything in detail as far as what needed to be done. He replaced everything and even stayed a few minutes after finishing the project to ensure that there was no leakage. I highly recommend this company! Ignore the bad reviews

The VC plumbers have previously done work in the house. We hired them again because of the quality of work and competence of their employees. They were very professional in keeping us informed about the work schedule. The price quoted didn’t change from initial meeting to completion of work.
