Reviews of local pros in Streamwood, Illinois

V. C. came to our rescue within 3 hours of losing our hot water. They replaced our water heater same day. Very professional and knowledgeable service from Johnathan.

Excellent job in servicing our pipes very helpful. Analogyable about everything.

My hose spigot out back has been leaking and freezing this winter and Kyle and Jacob zipped over within hours of me calling about the problem. The duo fixed it up (new hose bibb and a new valve to shut off the water to the outdoor line in the winter) really quick for a good price!

Mike and his crew are the best plumbers I’ve ever used. Courteous, efficient quality work. Also very reasonably priced!

Extremely disappointing experience with Vince, the owner of this plumbing company. His attitude was unacceptable, and the service was far from professional. They charged me $89 without even visiting the facility. Despite collecting the payment, Vince falsely claimed to the handyman that it wasn’t received. His tone and demeanor suggest he believes he knows everything, but unfortunately, that’s far from the truth. This reflects a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no willingness to provide proper service. Very disappointing! I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very thorough. Great workmanship. Wore shoe covers. Reasonable pricing.

Vc plumbing sent out. Jonathan Vences, he arrived at the appointed time, was very efficient in his work, and a very honest and pleasant man. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future

As always, clean, professional and always very courteous. A prime example of a respectful and exemplary company. Highly recommended.

We have had VC Plumbing over more than a couple of times since we moved in to this old multi-story condo building about 2-years ago. They work hard and share what they learn about the problem they are trying to fix. We recommend them highly for the quality of their work. AB.

Kyle was professional and courteous. He explained the situation and our options well. I would highly recommend Kyle and V.C. plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Stefan did a phenomenal job, unclogging my kitchen drain at my apartment. Thank you!

Super happy with the service I received from VC Plumbing. I called Tuesday night and Plumber arrived right on time Wednesday am. He gave me price to repair very old toilet and price to replace. Prices were very close. I had a new toilet installed same day and happy with price and service. VC has also done prior routing and installed a clean out valve on a Holiday with no extra charge for Holiday service.

This is the place you should be using! They fixed my water heater, then I had to call at 7AM the next morning when my pilot wouldn't light, and they were back here within 30 minutes and corrected the error for no charge. Jason and Johnathan are both fantastic gentlemen and quite the knowledgeable technicians.

GREAT service from Kevin - can’t wait to use my new toilet/bidet! VC Plumbing is the Best!

V.C. Plumbing. The work and service were excellent. He installed my new shower head, stopped a dripping faucet, unclogged a sink drain. He offered advice and costs on some future repairs. Good explanations and pricing.

Kyle was efficient and knowledgeable and did a great job. Both visits he was polite and cleaned up after himself. I would use the C plumbing again.

Kyle helped us replace some bad pipes under a little pedestal sink. He was fast, friendly, and very fair. I'm very happy with his service. I will be using VC the next time I need help.

Tuesday 1/7/2025, my neighbor from upsters had a leak , the land lord called V C plumbing INC, and one of their worker come to check, he called me asked the permission to cut the sealing, before to give the permission, I asked if they will fix it back, he told me yes, their company will fix the sealing back , paint , cover and everything else, now , I tried to call them, no one answers, nobody wants to fix it , land lord or V C plumbing and I have a big whole on my sealing.

VC plumbing has done several jobs for me now, most recently they replaced my water heater. Jonathan explained went through every step with me. He was neat and clean, using booties while walking through my house. He cleaned up nicely after the job was done. I wouldn’t hesitate to call VC Plumbing again! Great team, and I’m happy with all of the work and timely service.

Kyle did a great job fixing the sink in our kitchen. Our garbage disposal was cracked and he offered several options and pricing so we could choose what we felt most comfortable with. He was quick, respectful, and loved our dogs (a plus). We’d definitely choose to work with them again.

I highly recommend this company and am so happy to have found them. Knowledgeable, transparent, honest, polite and respectful of my home. Kyle offered three different options with pricing supported by photos of my plumbing issues. I was able to make an educated decision based on his expertise to resolve my plumbing issue. Kyle, Kevin and Jason worked well together and got the work done. Thank You!
