I can not praise Dorr and the Dorr staff enough. They came out and handled multiple issues with great dispatch and expertise.
When a much larger issue arose, (a need to trench and replace a large set of underground pipes), then Chris and his crew very professionally provided a quote, and worked with the city to get permits. On the day of the dig they were done before noon, and cleaned up the slight mess in the basement and stairs. I highly recommend Dorr, thanks to everyone for their fine work

Just wanted to give a special thank you to Paul Martinez at balanced plumbing for coming out to my house last minute and fixing my plumbing issue we almost had to cancel christmas dinner at our house and you saved it. Today we woke up and toilet was backed up and our bath tub filled up and the water was like a water fall coming from the ceiling in our bathroom downstairs. He was booked up and still made it out to help us out because tomorrow we are hosting all the family for christmas dinner and were stuck. Paul has been to out home twice. Each time he made sure to explain the problem, what he was going to do to fix it, and how to prevent future problems. Being new to the area, it's a good feeling to have a trustworthy and reliable plumber .

I had an emergency issue on a Sunday. Paul came within the timeframe he stated an did an awesome job. He was quick, reasonable, efficient and an overall great guy. Paul saved the day! I would refer Paul in a heartbeat.

We had to call for emergency service in a weekend with our on demand water heater and they were on time and great to work with. They helped diagnosis the problem and I would definitely use them again for any plumbing services in the area. They are by far the best I have ever worked with.

I don't usually give five star reviews, but this company earned it. A broken hot water heater is never something a homeowner wants to go through. Thankfully, Balanced Plumbing made the process of choosing and installing a new unit easy and actually pleasant. They gave me the honest truth about my situation, all my options, and walked me through the process. After looking around and recieving multiple quotes, they presented the fairest price(their first quote) and expediently completed the job when I made my final decision. Their employees were courteous, respectful, and cleanly. I was extremely pleased with the finished product, and their polite fallow up call ensured that I was satisfied with the work done. I would and will recommend them to family and friends and would recommend Balanced Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I called at 6am, they arrived by 10am, and the work was completed within an hour! I had called a competitor at the same time, because I just needed someone to fix the problem. We had to turn off the water. The competitor was significantly closer to my home and hadn't even called me back by the time Paul was completed with fixing the issue! I can't say enough great things about their prompt service. They're my plumber of choice (and they should be yours too)! ☺️

I recently called Balanced Plumbing because my sump pipe was backed up. The water was spilling out just outside my house and the pump was turning on every minute. It was after normal business hours, but Paul showed up in only 20 minutes. He quickly identified the problem and had the water flowing in no time.
