I cannot recommend Balanced Plumbing highly enough! They were very responsive and incredibly professional. I will not hesitate to use them for all of my future plumbing needs, and you shouldn't either!

Paul came out on a Saturday evening and did an awesome job, his workmanship is top notch. He REALLY knows his stuff, he really knows what needs to be done to meet code. He pointed out a lot of things that a guy from a big named plumbing company did totally wrong. He stayed into the night until he was all done and done correctly, cleaned up everything when he was done. His pricing was very reasonable. I'd recommend this guy to anyone in need of a great plumber. A real nice guy, he treated us more like a friend than a customer and explained everything so we'd understand what he was doing. As the owner of Fox Valley Bathtub Refinishing, sometimes we are in need of a local plumber when we encounter a problem on the job. No matter what the problem is, time of day or night, Paul makes sure he gets the job completed In a timely matter. His work is fantastic, his work area is spotless and clean and his prices are great. He explained what he was doing and gave me options and opinions that made sense not like he was trying to up sell me something I didn't need or want. This review is long overdue. I had some water issues in my basement and Paul came over quick and was able to determine the source of the issue after another company had came by saying everything was working with no issues. Quick, friendly, and best of all someone who knew what they were doing. Will call for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Was starting to have an issue with basement drain backing up - finally caught it in action to get an idea of cause (water softener cycling.) Paul came out and confirmed the ejector pump was on it's way out and replaced it extremely quick. He also helped quote some other projects I know are coming up. Very knowledgeable, fast and reasonable. Will definitely plan to reach out again as needs arise.

This company deserves every star from all the ratings and more. Paul is a great guy. From the phone call, to when Paul arrived and finished his work, the entire process was painless. We were repairing the kitchen sink drain pipe at our rental property and found that some of the drain pipe was glued to the pipe connection in the wall. Balanced Plumbing was extremely prompt in setting up a service call, and thoroughly explained the steps to remove the glued pipe and install the new. Talking with Paul, I always felt reassured by his explanations, and could sense his empathy through our conversation. He was patient, and willing to work with me through all my questions. He even made extra recommendations around ways we could improve our sink faucet, without pressuring me to increase our work scope. I also really appreciated their work orders being posted online, so we could keep up with the job status while at work. Finally, the work execution by Jeff was flawless. The money spent was worth the time and possible error we would have made had we attempted the repair ourselves. We definitely plan to use Balanced Plumbing again at our rental property. Their customer service is top notch.

My family and I had an emergency with our sump pump and we came across balanced plumbing so we gave them a call. Paul was the gentleman to take that call he was at our home very quickly. Paul was very professional and punctual. He got the job done and fixed within a reasonable amount of time. We have had a series of new plumbing issues in our older home. Each time, Paul has come to the rescue. He's been quick to respond, prompt, and very courteous. His pricing has been fair and honest. We would absolutely recommend him!

Very professional, very reasonable pricing, and has always seemed to have your best interest in mind. I had almost forgotten our first meeting with him, at least a year ago, when we needed a new fitting/pipe when we were trying to install our dishwasher ourselves. He let us know that a dishwasher installation kit would include that part and save us the large amount we would have to pay for him or someone else to do it. And on top of that he waved his fee for coming out. We most recently called him out again for our water heater, ended up needing the whole thing replaced and he was out the very next day. Incredible service and very personable. We highly recommend him and will always call him when in need!
