This guy was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The previous owner of my house thought he was a master of all trades except he wasn’t even a journeyman and I guess he had a one time replaced the furnace, and of course he did a hack job. Well this guy retired the furnace correctly and got my unit up and running!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! You guys are all aces!

I’m sitting in comfortable air conditioning thanks to Mark.
I had an appointment for Thursday 5/12/22.
I called Mark To see if he could come before the heat started, and he was here yesterday (while he was busy as all heck) 5/10/22 and hooked up the AC. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I called Mark because my furnace had stopped working and he said he would be out after he was done with his other appointment. I was just going to make an appointment for my next day off but he insisted coming out. He showed up a little late but it's not a big deal. I figured something extra needed to be done with the other job and he called to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived so I wasn't guessing. He had my furnace up and running in 2 hours. He also let me know how old the furnace was (I had moved into my house recently) and how long furnaces typically lasted. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking questions. Super professional. Will be calling The furnace guy for future repairs and/or replacements!

We were considering replacing out furnace since are old one is getting a bit old. Mark come out to the house to give an estimate. In the end we are going to hold off on making a changeright now. That said Mark was great. He is extremely professional and took the time to explain our options and give his recommendations. When we are ready I won't hesitate to call Mark to do the installation.

Showed up same day I called which was Saturday afternoon. Got a very reasonable quote and offered space heaters. He started installing monday and I had great heat. Would very much recommend him for furnace work.

Mark worked through the night to install our new furnace when it went out before our scheduled install date in the cold of winter. Since, he's put in our new A/C and thermostat and it all works like a dream!

Heater had issued & I called one of the those mainstream larger companies around 3pm who I will not name. Their first response was sir it's almost 4pm my guys are on overtime, and we can it schedule 3 days from now... rude A.F. Temparture was in the negative numbers l just hung up. After googling I found Mark's team thank God I did.. His first response was what is the issue & where u located. They got me a heat exchanger and quickly got it replaced & worked till 1am & which I was fine with because they had to go out of their way to get one. What an amazing team they did an amazing job. The only thing I'm really worried about is that I hope Mark is not going to be retiring anytime soon. Luckily he appears to be a young guy so I hope to do business with him in the future when it's time to replace my heater. Mark I hope 🙏 we will have ur company forever cause ur quality and service is second to none. No one else even comes close. I hope to be sending everyone I hear needing work ur way. After having a blower motor issuer in my 31 year old furnace, Mark somehow got it to work temporarily until I could come up with the money for a new furnace. Him and his apprentice installed a new unit two weeks later. Overall experience was great and I’ll definitely be calling The Furnace Guy next time I’m in need.

Thanks to The Furnace Guy, LLC, I have heat! My furnace wasn't working properly and he checked things out, reviewed my options and answered my questions. He and his crew did an amazing job. Would recommend! In fact, when I'm ready to have my hot water heater replaced, he's the one I will call.

Mark is personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and very detail-oriented, which is what you want in an industry full of folks who seem aloof at what service really means. I had an emergency situation with no heat in middle of cold snap and Mark was there ASAP to get me out of trouble while others wouldn't even return calls. We then game planned how to replace my aging system. Mark and team did a wonderful job on the replacement. Just an all-round good guy doing great work.

Imagine waking up at 2:30 in February on Sunday to see your own breath because your furnace stopped working. Too early to call a HVAC company so I fired up a propane heater and waited till 7am. I called 4 companies and The furnace guy was the only one that answered and fixed my furnace as well. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, he cares....

I called Mark Monday because my pipes were started to freeze. He came out very promptly. Found my problem and fixed it.
Lol, Thursday one of my kiddos turned the dripping faucet off. So my pipes frozen AGAIN! But, This time my entire house had no water. Mark had a full schedule. He sent someone with space heaters and when that didn't work. He came back with a torpedo heater. No pipes were busted and I have thawed pipes.
I highly recommend The Furnace Guy LLC to everyone. 👍

Thankfully, The Furnace Guy found that my old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and suggested several options. Mark did a great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner for a good price. He was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend him.
