Mitch was so helpful and professional. For someone like me who knows nothing about HVAC systems he walked through options and explained the pros and cons of each. Answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop with everything in the installation process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was referred to Mitch because my air conditioning went out before the summer. Mitch came right over and it was a beautiful summer! The cold times hit and my furnace goes out I call Mitch and he was at my door 8am sharp! Within 1 day my new furnace was installed!!!! He installed a new smart thermostat, went over everything with me! And now it's going to be a cozy winter!!!! Best service ever 🙌🏿

Mitch was able to come and check my heat within a matter of minutes after contacting him. Not only on a holiday weekend but also on short notice. He took time to discuss options for our gas fireplace and also pointed out concerns with the water heater, even though that was not why he was at our house. your technician is very knowledgeable and knew where everything is. (I have 2 AC and Heating units). He had the correct sized filters and alerted me to a possible issue. He'll come back once the weather warms up to above 50 or so to check pressures again. I've had Smith-Dahlquist for many years now, and can depend on them to keep me warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

We have used Smith-Dalquist for between 15-20 years. The technicians and office staff are always professional and courteous. When we recently needed to replace our AC we didn’t flinch or shop around. They gave us a fair quote and since we knew the furnace was old we replaced that too. Good company
