We have been having Smith-
Dahlquist service for several years. They have been very professional. From Hannah calling us and sending out the text reminders to us of our upcoming appointments and all of the HVAC techs that have serviced our unit had been great. We even purchased a new furnace and A/C unit. And Brad was prompt and informative when we had inquiries regarding our new unit.

We appreciate all the techs that use protective foot gear when entering our house!

We recently had a new furnace and AC installed- Evan and Cliff did an awesome job! Prior to that, Mick was out for a service call on our old furnace and took the time to explain everything going on with it and pros/cons of servicing vs replacing. Everyone at Smith-Dahlquist is always friendly, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair!

Terry did an excellent job installing a new humidifier was friendly and very informative.

They sent Terry over and he had the fireplace diagnosed within minutes and then replaced the switch in a few more minutes and now the fireplace is back in action. Very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Just in time for the holidays! Will definitely use again and sent Terry to our neighbors 3 doors down.

Robert was our service person for the HVAC. He was very thorough, friendly and went above and beyond. Great service on the dryer vent cleaning too!

The tech arrived at the scheduled time and was very helpful in explaining the work that he was performing that day on my furnace and fireplace. He also explained that my 21 year old equipment was going to be replaced in the spring as new equipment would be more efficient and cost less to operate. This is what I expected and he explained things in a way that I could understand. I will keep using the services of Smith-Dahlquist for all my HVAC systems.

Dahlquist did a great and speedy job replacing my furnace. The receptionist was very nice and helpful throughout the process, she deserves a raise!

My gas fireplace hasn’t worked for 4 months through the holidays and other gatherings. I finally made a call yesterday and had the choice of time for today. Half hour window of time was right on and within 45 minutes cleaned and explained the issues of the 18 year, never really maintained, fireplace. After working on cleaning the whole thing and adding embers, it not only looked and worked great - the diagnostic (walk-in) charge was waved and I was only charged for what had to be done! I will definitely call them to service this on a regular basis. Thank goodness I didn’t put off calling any longer!

Great experience. We had a wood burning fireplace converted to gas and there was a small issue with the burner. They came back out and troubleshot the problem and wound up getting us a replacement burner warrantied by the manufacturer at no cost to us.

I would highllyrecommend Smith-Dahlquist. I have had their yearly maintenance program for 10+ years. I have purchased a new air conditioner as well as a new furnace. I also use them for cleaning my electric fireplace and also for dryer vent cleaning. They are very professional and have always felt that their services are priced fairly.

The repair man came quickly. He was courteous and professional. The problem was explained and he showed me how to adjust the fireplace burner. Quick, professional and friendly. The charges were quite reasonable

On one of the coldest days of the winter season the service man showed up to our house within 10 minutes of calling. He had the part that needed to be replaced in his vehicle. Whole thing was complete within an hour of the call! Great service! 👍
