My dishwasher conked out in the home I am renting to a tenant. Smart Appliance came the same day I called and fixed the washer asap, so my tenant wouldn’t be without a dishwasher for very long. They also noticed the SubZero fridge making bad noises and checked that while they were there. Turns out we should have had regular cleaning and oiling of the moving parts over the last 10 years, and it showed. They quickly ordered new parts and came back to repair the fridge. My tenant was very pleased.

Han from Smart Appliance Repair came within hours on New Year’s Eve. He successfully diagnosed the problem with our side-by-side Sub Zero refrigerator-freezer and gave us some pointers going forward. The water dispenser on our Sub Zero refrigerator-freezer was promptly repaired, and the condenser thoroughly cleaned. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service. Definitely recommend, and will use again!

Fantastic service - my dryer stopped working in the middle of all the laundry from winter break, right as we were trying to get things organized for back to school.

A Lifesaver for My Salon!
As a busy salon owner, I don’t have time for equipment breakdowns—but life happens. My Bosch 300 dryer completely stopped working, and after waiting for other services who never showed up, I was beyond frustrated. Even one of my high school interns tried taking it apart to clean the lint trap—still nothing.

After nearly three weeks of hauling towels back and forth from home and forgetting to bring them back (more stress!), I finally searched online and found Smart Appliances. I called, and they were able to come quickly. My staff let them in, and when I arrived, the technician was already working on the dryer.

Han did an excellent job fixing my fridge. He completed the repair in a timely manner, was very clean and polite throughout the visit, and clearly takes pride in his work. I got the pleasure of having Han coming out and repairing my LG fridge. One of the best experiences I have had working with a repair company. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was able to repair and solve my fridge problem extremely fast. Would recommend asking for him personally!

Han came out to repair an older model of a Bosch dishwasher in one of our units. He was extremely responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. A part had to be ordered, and once it arrived he came back the next day to do the repair. In the process he found something else that had to be fixed, had that part in his car, and added on that repair for free. Everything was extremely reasonable and we’re very pleased with the service! We would hire this company again.

Martin always come in on time, follow his schedule , He replies to emails and calls in time, Excellent person and very professional job .

We had a circuit go down on Saturday at noon. I called more than 10 electricians in the area that offer emergency services, no one answered or would stop by until Monday. Then I came across Martin. He showed up within 30 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. Definitely know who to call the next time!
