Lin was amazing, he walked me through the problem and solution, he was polite, honest and really respectful. I bugged with a lot of questions and he answered all of them with kind. You don’t get to meet amazing people like Lin. Awesome service ☺️

My tech, was very nice,and he did a great job in letting me know what was wrong and exactly how long I would be without air. And came back next morning and completed the job. Will recommend to friends and family.

My home was not heating or cooling properly. When Lin came out and saw what I was dealing with, we were both speechless. My units were never installed completely, in fact they were the wrong units! He saved me thousands of dollars in electric bills alone. Not to mention my sanity. Will forever use this company because of this man.

We had a great experience with Coleson Heating and Air. They were able to diagnose a difficult problem with our unit. They were honest and the price was extremely reasonable. We were very happy with the work they did.

I wish I could give Coleson 10 stars. Lin came to the house and could have not been a nicer person. Bing bang boom was done and then explained everything to my mother in a way she would understand. If you need any AC work done don't hesitate to use Coleson. I will be using them moving forward. Thank you Lin.

Coleson came to our house when we were in a jam. I had just received a quote from Complete Comfort Air for $1800 for a fix and a recommendation to replace for $8000. He fixed the issue by improving the motor ventilation; I have not had issues for many cold months. Could not sing higher praise.

Lin was the most professional HVAC person we have ever encountered! He worked us in after the company we had previously been assigned by our Home Warranty Company failed to return our calls or make any contact whatsoever for a week. He was polite and professional and solved the problem quickly, explaining the problem and offering tips for how to get better results from our HVAC system. Would recommend him 500%!

Lin and team are excellent. Lin called me within an hour Saturday night, after A/C went out and said a technician would be out Sunday. He came Sunday morning and he got the air conditioning on and will come back in a few days to bring another part. We Had cold air by noon Sunday. Thanks Lin!!!!

Lin is extremely knowledgeable- after 4 other technicians were unable to solve an incorrect wiring issue that caused our electric bill to skyrocket- he was able to get it figured out today. He is always very Informative, professional, and courteous.

Lin showed up same day and was super professional and friendly! He explained things without being condescending and then gave us some helpful tips for our furnace. 10/10 would recommend.

I was having issues with my heating & cooling for months. Lin came over in a timely manner & had it fixed that day. He did a awesome job, was professional. He also went above & beyond to explain the issue i was having & how he was going to remedy the problem so that it does not occur again in the future. The service guy who came to do our install was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly! He arrived early and got the install job completed in less time than initially projected! Thankful for the fast turn around just before the holiday:)

EdgeGuys showed up on time and Adam did a great job. He answered all our questions. We needed a part replaced so that added to the service call amount.

Should definitely have more 5 star reviews! Got a tech out the same day to fix my AC that was on the fritz. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Fantastic work, fair price, good service all around!

I had an HVAC estimate service today with Doug. He was very informative about the equipment we currently have and helped educate me on them better. I called Edge Guys hoping to get an appointment for the next day, however I was surprised and very glad the scheduler got me an appointment on the same day. Eric called 20 minutes ahead of arrival, was extremely cordial, seemed extremely competent and he did a terrific job.

Edge Guys H/C were able to get me in last minute, before a major holiday, and even faster then their schedule showed. They saved my bacon so to say to get a good understanding of the shape of my HVAC system and did a good job doing a seasonal tune up. The price was good also. I am a happy customer.

Our heater stopped working, during the single digits and negative temperatures we had this week! They were fast, reasonably priced, and 100% professional. Communication was very easy, and after the diagnosis, the part and fix was promised the next day, and delivered less than 24 hours later! Our heater actually works better than it has in recent memory. Outstanding job. We are in your debt.

I’m a retired home builder. Edge Guys provided new installation for me for the last decade or so. In my own remodeled home we upgraded to a Bosch heat pump with gas back-up. It was installed correctly by a very competent and highly skilled technician. One I’ve gotten to know and requested for years. The system has operated flawlessly since installation 3years back.
