This is a very professional and hard working company with an amazing owner that fulfilled and exceeded all of my needs and more. He was very professional and did the best he could to help me out with the ac and heat in my house. His work ethic was excellent and he was very polite throughout the whole process. He was very patient with asking what I needed and remained respectful the entire time. If you are looking for a company to fix your ac and heat located in Indiana, this is the one!

We called three other HVAC companies, they were all a nightmare, prior to finding and calling Jons Air.
Thank God we found Wafeek!
The crew came to our house the same day we called. That's never happened with other companies.
He reached out in a text, that he was on his way.
He said, good morning!
No other company has done that either.They arrived on time,
we haven't experienced that in a long time.
We talked to a real person not a recorded messsage.,fast and efficient.
Wafeek is upfront, honest,and he did not try to take advantage of us.
He was patient, respectful,he listened and heard our needs.
He was very matter of fact and to the point,,,,,we really appreciated that , especially after our horrible experiences in the past.

They were rated five star by their reviews and they definitely lived up to that five star rating in the work they did for us!! They replaced our old HVAC system along with adding a zoning system as well. If you need a HVAC company please use Jon’s Air!! You will not be disappointed!! In doing so you will experience excellent prices, quality work done by friendly, informative, professional technicians!! Can’t say enough about the service I’ve received from this company!!! I bought my HVAC system from them, had a little issue last night and they stood behind their product and work ~ sent a nice repairman right out who took care of the problem and was very helpful in answering questions and helping me change the air filter. It’s refreshing…great prices too.

Did a nice job for my wife and I, good price for the size air conditioner we purchased from them, with a great warranty. 10 yrs, includes all parts and labor. He’s up front and tells it like it is, that’s what customers like!

Fantastic service and reasonably priced! John did an excellent job fixing my air conditioner. Very professional and nice guy. Timely as well, he was able to fix my AC within 24 hours of me calling. Will definitely be using Jon’s Air again.

Jon was very professional and efficient. He was communicative and extremely helpful throughout the process. My AC wasn’t working in extremely hot weather and was quick to get it all fixed. Jon and Sam both worked very hard until the job was done and I am very thankful. I would highly recommend!

Despite having an older system, Jons Air has consistently maintained it in excellent condition.

Came out to fix our AC on a warranty call. Claimed he had the part in his truck that day so he replaced the capacitor but within a few days it was blowing hot air. When he came out he said he didn't like just replacing parts without getting them approved and he didn't tell me that he didn't use the right size capacitor so he "knew it was gonna break" he just didn't want to tell me that. Had to come back out and again replaced with another part he just happened to have on him and it took him about 20 minutes to change it out but he told the warranty company it was 2 hrs labor so he made like $700 in 20 minutes. I don't know if I trust it

They were professional, on time and followed up on everything. I will use them again.

Our A/C unit failed on Sunday. Jon called first thing Monday morning and arrived ten minutes later. Was a simple fix, and he took care of it immediately. Fairly priced and very responsive. Will be working with Jon again for our future needs.

Excellent experience with Jon's Air. Very responsive, replied on a Sunday and came right away. Fixed AC quickly during heat wave Fair pricing and expert advice, very knowledgable. Had them previously to replace cooling line for HVAC system. Wonderful service both times!

He is AMAZING… I called and set an appointment up for him to come and take a look at our air conditioner that got hit by a power surge after a storm. I was not there as I had work and he met with my wife and did the repairs for a more than reasonable cost and time period. I cannot recommend enough!

They are amazing. My heater stopped working late at night, right when I called him, he came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service, pricing, and time. I highly recommend them. I am very happy that I got to know a company that offers this great service.

Great experience! Called all kind of places to see if someone could install a mini split for me in my garage. They actually answered the phone (unlike many places I called!), gave me a ballpark over the phone, got out here to give me an actual quote the next day, and had it all done and installed the day after. They worked very late into the evening/night to make sure it was done and installed!
