My AC broke down a few weeks ago and I was very concerned about the upcoming heat in the days to come. I needed a working AC within a few days before the heat got bad as I have 2 little ones. I got a quote from one bigger company (Total Comfort Heating & Air) and felt extremely uncomfortable with how pushy and sales-y they were. They immediately told me I had to get a new AC and gave me an extremely high quote to start off with and continued to stay for hours sitting at my dining table calling their manager on speaker with me to “negotiate” a special lower price just for me. I told them I needed time to think about it but they would not leave until I agreed to do an install with them the next day. I continued to stand my ground even with their extreme pushiness and thank god I did and called Mark the next morning. He responded right away via text and told me he could come by later that day to analyze my unit. He was very honest with giving me an option to repair it or replace the unit. The price he gave me was almost half of Total Comfort. He went over and beyond by installing the next day after his morning install as I had to go out of town the following day and wanted it replaced before I left. Highly recommended Mark!

He installed a new system immediately, and provided his own labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer's, at no additional cost. We are really happy we looked around before making a decision. And we are really happy we decided to go with Mark.

Mark is very honest and does a great job. He communicates timely and does what he says he is going to do. I had a large company come out and try to talk me into an expensive $1,500 repair. I felt like they were not honest and reached out to Mark as he was highly recommended by my friends. He came and troubleshot the issue and was able to fix it for 1/3 of the cost. Highly recommend Mark!

New gas furnace and AC to replace inefficient electric heat and AC. Mark helped greatly by answering my questions related to selecting new equipment and preparing for the conversion. Communications were excellent, which made it easier to coordinate with the gas company, as well as 3rd party duct cleaners. Installation went smoothly and according to timeline.
