For seven years, Mark has been my go-to resource for all HVAC services at all of my rental properties. Conscientious, very knowledgeable and always reasonable with pricing.

Our heater was old and it broke. A friend recommended this guy to us. From what my dad said, (I was at work so I don't know what exactly went down) this guy wasn't available right that day when we called, which was understandable, but he found a spare part for the old furnace that he quickly installed as a workaround for us to last the next few days until he was available. Considering this was during a time when it was below freezing, going out of his way for such a kindness is greatly appreciated. When he came over to install the new furnace, it didn't quite reach the top, so he made a sturdy metal foundation for the furnace so that it could reach. Really great guy!

I'm not saying going above and beyond like that is something you should expect every time, just something that I noticed and found really thoughtful. New furnace works great!

I called Mark at 10:00 AM; at 1:00 PM he was at my residence and at 5:00 PM he emailed me a quote which I accepted. Shortly thereafter he arrived on time with his son , installed floor protection and installed a replacement indoor and outdoor HVAC system before days end. The installation was completed in a professional manner at about one half of the cost that other local HVAC firms quoted. I will highly recommend him to family and friends.

When we got home from work, the temperature in our house was 62 degrees. With the forecast of temps in the teens tonight, I called Mark Olis who had done work in our home several years ago. Turns out there were two issues involved, each of which he uncovered within 40 minutes of arrival. I had purchased two wireless thermostats recently but was a bit wary of installing them myself. Within an hour, both were installed. Our zoned system is up and running again. His approach was logical and thorough. Though he had just gotten home from a full day’s work, he was here within fifteen minutes. Thanks, Mark, for providing such excellent service . . . again!

I called Mark to troubleshoot a mini split. He showed up on time. He found the problem pretty quickly and was able to rewire the unit. It worked! I found him to be reasonably priced. I will use Mark again.

When our 8-year old furnace was leaking water we had two big-name companies tell us that the entire furnace/heat pump system needed to be replaced to the tune of $10k. We called Mark for a 3rd opinion, and he quickly determined that the only thing wrong was a clogged drain pipe. Seriously, it was that simple and the other companies never even bothered to check or were just too eager to sell us a new system. Mark unclogged the drain and it's been dry and comfortable ever since. He saved us a ton of money on unnecessary new equipment and we will never go back to the big-name companies.
