If I could give negative stars I would! Stay AWAY from this business!
We paid $20,000 for new HVAC and a mini split. First of all - appointments are not EVER kept! Technicians showed up at 3 p.m. when we had a 8 a.m. appointment. They stayed at my home until 9 p.m., work was not complete. It took a full week to get HVAC and mini split installed. Let me tell you...it did not take a week for them to get their money, they requested it from the bank before the work was complete.

Technicians left a hole in our garage wall, quality control come out and fixed it. A month later we started to see water on our bedroom floor (upstairs) and down our kitchen wall (downstairs). The technicians did not install the drain plug correctly on our mini split. The water damage this created has left us with needing new floors, walls, outside wall, insulation, and paint on 2 floors of our home.

Service Plus - mini split has had 3 technicians - still is not fixed - we have waited 2+ weeks to get someone to come make the correction - again we had a "first" appointment - text, no technician coming today, this is for an appointment made 10 days ago! Managers are supposed to call back, we never receive a call. We have tried to be kind and patient...our patience is running very short. We have not gotten any apology, no offer of some type of refund for $20,000 that is literally running down my walls. Here is a thought...the owner of this business should show up - see what "customers" have to deal with, and let us know our hard earned money spent was not a scam. Oh and when we get the copied response like all the other 1 stars...I am here to tell you, if you call that number, you will go on a return call list that never gets touched.

Service Plus makes communication effectively and provides best transparency. I received multiple text updates and confirmation to track the scheduling progress, and the name of technician with a photo for safety.
The technician James was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He came on time and quickly understood my needs (with limited information provided). He identified the issue and further actions needed from his team. Although the issue has not been addressed yet (due to different area of expertise), I am very pleased about his service and advices. Definitely I will work with Service Plus team to continue the repair work as well as other future plumbing issues.

Hope Plumbing has done a great job every time for our sump pump, storm drain line and AC issues. They are prompt, professional and reliable with their customer service and have provided service exactly as communicated. When our AC went out last month during the heat wave, they brought us two portable AC units to get us through until our installation. We really needed and appreciated that and will continue to recommend Hope Plumbing and use them for any future needs.

Hope took care of everything and then some. Our AC went out on the hottest week on record and they came out to investigate. What was a maintenance call turned into a million solutions, home value increase, thorough work and amazingly knowledgeable people making us feel comfortable. They even left a portable AC to help us in the interim. I am thrilled with the work, the kindness and the outcome. Water softener installation, AC, furnace replacement and a new tankless water heater installed. Feels like a brand new house!

Very unprofessional company and employee. The tech put a hole in my shower wall and left without letting anyone know what happened. I have given the company plenty of time to work with me to address the issue. After time and a complaint through the BBB they could care less about making their mistakes right. They claim issues with my wall before their service which is not true. I will never use them again and encourage others to not use them as well. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

So appreciate the respect Service Plus shows my home when they come to do work. I am always happy with their thoroughness and attention to detail. They are always very courteous and explain the results well. Just had the tankless w/h flushed. Awesome job!

I’m very happy😊 with the drain cleaning Riley and his partner did today. The communication on what time they would be at our home was good. And when they came they were quick and very professional. They even made sure they cleaned the work area before they left. The sink is working great now. The whole experience was very pleasant. Riley and his partner are polite and well spoken. The price was for the service was good as well. I’ll be calling for other plumbing issues from now on.

Had Brandon as a tech. He was very professional and informative. He made sure to clean up behind himself and was well organized. He successfully unclogged my kitchen sink without any issues. All around the service was exceptional, from the phone call to make to the appointment, to the reminders through the day to let you know they are on schedule. I would recommend service plus to anyone looking for affordable drain cleaning.

Eric did an amazing job. My house is cool once again! He explained everything he was doing as he went along. He wore his booties in my house. He checked EVERYTHING before he gathered his tools to leave. Very friendly and personable man. He is an attribute to your company. This is a farm and he was respectful of all the animals that are in residence here. I appreciate that. Thank you for sending Eric.

We are new to the area and heard great things about Service Plus, and they lived up to everything we heard.
Michael, our service Tech, could not have been friendlier and helpful. He took the time to walk us through everything, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he cares about the company, the service he provides and the customer!!
Because of Michael and the company’s reputation, we signed a service contract, which is very reasonable based on our research, and highly recommended Service Plus!!

We had our hot water heater flushed and hope plumbing was very helpful.

Dee was great. Office staff were pleasant. Not a fan of the arrival notification process. You aren’t given a time or a window. You get a call 30-45 min prior to arrival. I thought the repair fee was excessive ($410) for a ball valve, four inches of copper pipe, two couplings, soldering, and 40 min of labor. Especially since the leak wasn’t even under the house.

Downgrading 5 stars to 1. They installed quickly…. But made several serious mistakes including leaving us with a gas leak on our furnace. They failed to set up both the heating and AC correctly which required additional service visit. They failed to pressurize and balance the system after completion so I have hot and cold rooms. I have called several times to have them complete the job… but they keep leaving things undone (like failing to connect our vent to the ductwork so we’re blowing cold air straight into our very cool basement. Management failed to return my call to discuss the missing work yet to be done. Would not recommend this company despite their high ratings.

Braden at Hope Plumbing was very quick and efficient. He fixed my plumbing issue and they did it fast.

If anyone sees this, I do NOT recommend this business at all. They messed up my kitchen sink in my hot water heater. And they won’t come out and fix it unless we pay them. Do NOT use this company and the management there is very very nasty. Beware. My hot water heater, bumps and pops in my sink in my kitchen slowly runs, and it was working before they came.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from James Vawter (and his apprentice, Nate). I had a spider web of pipes and hoses going everywhere in my basement from previous plumbers; James optimized the overall placement and connections of all water pipes and hoses to improve the overall system instead of just connecting the water heater to the mess that was already there. His work is very high quality; see picture of 90 degree angles of new hoses installed (previous plumber just looped a long hose around a cabinet, lengthening the distance the water had to flow). As a result my overall water pressure is greatly improved. I also liked that James listened to a suggestion I had, he improved further on it and implemented it. Post-job cleanup was also impeccable, the basement was cleaner after they left than when they had arrived.

This is the first time I've used Service Plus, they will be my first choice for service in the future based on this experience.

Gavin was very professional and patient in listening to all of my concerns. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he found. I appreciated his patience.

Brian Howard is awesome! Great young man with knowledge, expertise and communication skills that demonstrates confidence to customers to solve their plumbing issues. Brian spent a few hours at the house fixing our plumbing issues and did an outstanding job! Thanks Brian and will definitely call Hope Plumbing and Furnace for any future needs.

My mom had an abrupt leak in her main waterline and we had to shut off her water. Hope was able to come out within a couple hours of my call and I cannot say enough about Tommy! Seriously!!! I will be keeping their number as my go to for any future needs
