We’ve had Jon’s Air come out for 2 separate issues and I can’t say enough good words to adequately cover each experience.
He was willing to come out quickly ( when others we called earlier refused to come out literally saying they wouldn’t make enough money to be worth their time! ) .
He arrived on time, communicated professionally via text and email from the time we made the appointment though arrival.
He was careful to understand our issue and walked us through the cause & solution in a friendly manner.
Last but not least, it was obvious he was not trying squeeze every last dollar from me before he left. Very reasonable.
In short Jon’s does business the way it used to be done! They will be my 1st and only phone call when I have HVAC issues!
