They are very polite however they did not do the job I have requested and actually declined it after coming over. I was told I would have to get somebody else to come out and move a large appliance out of the way in order to take out another appliance. They were uncomfortable doing it because they thought they would damage the house. Turns out the large appliance did not need to be moved. I was able to do it myself with my 78 year old father without damaging the house. It might have taken a little longer to do it but we did it. It seemed like they just did not want to put in the effort and time it required.

I’ve used Genesis twice over the past year and they’re the best at what they do. They’re knowledgeable and they’re not out to squeeze you dry. This is the way to do business- by investing in long-term relationships with your clients. I will keep coming back to Genesis!

We had a few areas where lights weren’t working, and we couldn’t figure out why. Elijah came and was very professional and knowledgeable. He found the sources of both of our issues quickly and took care of them easily. First time calling Genesis, but it won’t be the last!!

The guys were courteous and professional. However there was one thing we didn't like. They had to cut some wires In our panels and after they did they did not pick up the cut off pieces and were left on the floor. One wire was about 6" in length and was left on the floor. We didn't appreciate that. The work was done in a timely manner and they took care of the list of things we needed taken care of so overall it was a decent experience. If Genesis is reading this, in the future, have your guys pick up any wires or garbage they cause instead of leaving it up to the homeowner. Thanks

I’m very pleased with the outdoor light in installation. Exactly as I asked for. Black fixtures mounted on black painted 4x4 posts buried below the frost line. 16-18” above ground level so as to not damage them with a mower deck or weed eater, but not so high as to look gaudy. Should look nice at night. Well done!

I’ve used genesis electric twice and it was a good experience both times. First was a new installation that looks awesome and works perfectly. Second was a repair call that turned out to have an easy fix and Mike was kind enough to walk me through everything.

We had a really good experience with your technician Elijah. He was mannerly and professional, but most importantly, he did quality installations and cleaned up after himself. He installed a floor outlet, a new ceiling fan, some track lights and a photo electric cell. All were done extremely well.

Excellent company. Have down a large variety of work in two houses for me now. Also have done after hours emergency service. Work they have done include whole house rewire on a tough older home, attic fan, whole house fan, light fixture/ceiling fan install, outlets, switches, new rough installs, and more.
