The service providers were on time,they LISTENED as I described in detail my problem, they assessed the problem, explained to me (and drew pictures) of how to and why ,to fix the problem. They were upfront about the pricing,they were clean,and any small mess they made was cleaned before they left.They fixed part of the problem ,and explained my next steps as a homeowner to get to the point where they could come back again and finish my problem. MARK AND SHAWN were very informative and friendly, and I highly recommend Genesis Electric!.

Caleb is an outstanding young man. He did a great job. He was friendly, polite, and professional.
We only use Genesis for our electrical needs. Caleb is a prime example of why.

UPDATE MAY 2023. Mark and helper came out in a timely fashion to do some simple repairs. Fair priced and honest work. Will continue to use for my electric projects as needed.

Came out today promptly. Mark is very a pleasant man, as well as his apprentice.I felt comfortable with him doing the job. He listened and explained things well. I booked another job next week while he's available lol! Also, he mentioned things that others had overlooked in the past, which is refreshing.

Genesis Electrical was great to work with. They were prompt and kept me up to date on the scheduling with email and text messages. The electrician was thorough and polite. He identified areas of concern to be addressed at a future time and didn't pressure me to do it all at once. He carefully explained the ramifications and issues. I had a great experience and will use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Genesis Electric was extremely professional and courteous, they were very accommodating working with my schedule. Ran into 1 small issue and Mike had come to my house later that evening after work to rectify the situation. Highly recommended their services.

The electricians at Genesis are outstanding! Genesis has completed at least 5 jobs at our home on separate occasions. Mark, Colin and Mike are great! They are professional,personable, hard working and extremely knowledgeable. They carefully explain all components of the job and review the work which has been completed. I called three electric companies to get price for work i needed done. One failed to return call, one stated job was too small but Genesis Electrical answer promptly and came out to give free estimate. I have to say Mike, Mark and Corey who came out were professional,knowledgeable and helpful in explanations what needed to be done as well as friendly and personable. I can’t say enough about this crew and what a wonderful job they did to make me feel i made the right decision with this company. Don’t waste your time calling around; they do it right!

We just had our first experience with Genesis and would highly recommend.

With the Sub zero February temperatures, we had condensation form inside on the main feed, which caused water to drip on the panel and create issues with our top breaker / electricity in one room. I had to call early on a Sunday morning as my husband was working a 14 hour shift.

Mike was awesome on the phone. He took his time to talk me through the steps to see if we needed a Sunday call out, or if we could safely wait until regular business hours on Monday to avoid the Sunday surcharge. We decided it could wait until Monday, but he assured me I could contact him later in the day if things changed. He explained to me what to watch for.

We scheduled a repair for first thing Monday morning. Mark came for the repair. He was very polite and incredibly thorough. He explained what was happening, what the repair process would entail, how long it would take, and how much it would cost.

We received excellent customer service and quality work at a fair price and in a great timeframe. It was reassuring to know I could handle this by myself as my husband was unavailable. I appreciate their patience and thoroughness. I would definitely recommend and will use in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. This past Friday Corey came out and did an estimate and an evaluation. Corey then came today Monday and completed the work needed expeditiously. He was very knowledgable about the work I needed done and I am very thankful for it. Don’t think twice about using Genesis for your electrical needs.

I had some basic wiring problems though out a few rooms in my house. I just couldn’t figure it out. I called Genesis Electrical Service and they sent MIKE out!!! He was extremely friendly, fast, accurate and did a really great job! I never leave reviews but he really did come in, get the job done and when he left l, I was happy. Soooo I highly recommend if you want it done right!

I had a great experience with Genesis and their technician Corey. He was very helpful and professional. As a tradesman myself, I am almost always put out to have anybody here doing work, but Corey put me at ease right away. They were affordable as well. I highly reccommend Genesis!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My contractor, Corey Humphrey, was awesome! He did a fantastic job at my house installing new light fixtures in my living room and kitchen. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, answered all questions in detail, and kept me updated every step of the way. He was everything you'd expect from a professional and more. I highly recommend Genesis electric, and definitely ask for Corey. He does his job the right way!

So back in 2013 both of my attic fans burnt out on me and I called Genesis Electrical Service to replace them and I was happy with the service. 11 years later in August 2024 my attic fan above mine and my Mom’s room burnt out on us and I called them again to come out and replace the attic fan alongside the thermostat. Cory Humphrey was the electrician and he went out of his way to help me out. He also fixed an open spice on the cord by running an Mc protected cable from thermostat to inside junction box and ran a longer whip in Mc cable to fab so the thermostat is
closer to access hatch for easy access. Now the reason I’m not giving a five star rating is I got charged an extra $80 diagnostic fee for a $600 job just to rewire the open splice into the junction box. If you ask me agreeing to get the work done that diagnostic fee should’ve been waived and the owner gave me a $42 credit towards the repair but he could have done me a solid by waiving the $79.99 for the already $599 repair. I will give the electrician five or five stars but it’s crazy that I got charged an extra $80 when the open spice was connected altogether with the fan and thermostat. I’d also like to know how come the previous electrician left it like that. I do appreciate the work that was done but after the warranty expires, and if my attic fan goes out again after the warranty period or my second one goes out on me I will seek another company to fix the problem. You can thank Corey for the extra star because otherwise I would’ve left a three star rating.

Work was done s I needed. The young man had to cut a hole in the drywall in the bathroom. Realize you guys aren’t drywall people , but the site is unsightly despite my trying to repair it

My experience with Genesis electric has been nothing short of phenomenal. Mark and his associate Corey showed up for the initial estimate very promptly. They were just confident in every job I wanted to get done. I needed a new light fixture in a high foyer, 6 recessed lights in kitchen. The price was super reasonable. They got me on the schedule less than a week later. I wanted a new outlet and light switches replaced on the same day and they accommodated me without hesitation. I can’t stress it enough how amazing this place is, 5 stars!!!!!

I highly recommend this company for any electrical project you may have or think about getting done. The Electricians appear to be very knowledgeable about many things and are friendly. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them. They helped me plan and perform several electrical projects. Their work is always of high quality workmanship. Great job!
