Do not hire them. The secretary and owner are terrible people. They tried to act like my check got lost in the mail then tried to charge me $35.00 because I never recieved a check. I reported them to labor board and it magically showed up. Hmm.
They didnt have one employee over 19 years old and they never have work.

Had them clean my office and workshop recently. They did a very fine job! Nedal (the owner) quoted me a very competitive price so I went with them. Glad I did! I will use them again!

DO NOT HIRE, did a terrible job washing my windows and the guy who they sent Ray, i think, sounded like a complete moron. He spent more time trying to drum up a conversation than working. I had to basically hide in my office until he left for him to actually work. The work he did was shoddy at best, the windows were covered in streaks and water marks. This is the first bad review I've ever written about anything, but it was just that bad.

WORST PLACE TO WORK!!!!! Do not work here they barley pay you for the hard work you do, pinch out your pay, they give the "important people" a bonus and raises, and the site supervisor is two faced. I would give this place 0 stars if I could idk how this place has 5 stars worst place EVER

Renee and Her team does cleaning for me every month and also does errand and small services around the house for me and my husband i would highly suggest renee they are amazing and very friendly

Referral Cleaning and Restoration did an excellent job cleaning 2 of our bedroom carpets that had some coffee and pet stains on them that have been very difficult to remove on our own. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough in their work. Would highly recommend

Jeremy and Kory cleaned my carpets this afternoon and I could not be happier. Jeremy had cleaned my carpets before and once again did an outstanding job today. He and Kory were very courteous and professional and addressed my concerns to my satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend them and will, without question, use Referral again. Yes, they are more costly, but you get what you pay for and they deliver quality work. It is well worth the money. Thank you guys!

If you are looking to have your carpets or upholstery cleaned in your home, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Yes, you will find other carpet cleaners out there that are cheaper. But from personal experience (and learning this lesson the hard way), if you choose one of the "other guys", not only will a quality job NOT be accomplished, but no other company will provide the level of professionalism and courteousness that Referral does. *HANDS DOWN* there is NO ONE else locally that will accomplish the job the way they do. They truly have set the standard for every other company to follow. Some noteworthy things to say about the staff @ Referral: 1. They are very friendly. 2. Incredibly knowledgeable 3. They do NOT cut corners. 4. They are VERY considerate of your home and belongings. 5. They work hard, from the time they come through the door to the time they leave. A note to individuals who are having their carpets cleaned for the first time: if your carpets are still wet by the time the staff leave, they did NOT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY. Having experience with 2 other companies now, I have had to call them back because the next day, the carpets were STILL not dry, and it made our home smell incredibly mildewy. Ok, I know this is lengthy, so I'm going to leave off there~just know we are incredibly passionate about the service that Referral provides and can say with absolute confidence that they are worth every last penny you spend and then some! Referral was very professional - from the telephone representative to the two technicians. We appreciated the friendly and courteous demeanor, along with the attention to detail and thoroughness. Even though Referral was more expensive than other carpet cleaning services we had researched, we will definitely used them again!

I originally contacted Referral Cleaning & Restoration after another carpet company examined my carpets and determined that their method of cleaning would "destroy" my carpets. Referral Cleaning not only came the next day, they were downright giddy over the opportunity to clean my "type" of carpet. They took pride in their work and repeatedly showed me the "before and after" work as they proceeded. I was AMAZED at the results! 4 kids, a cat, and a dog and they made them look like new! They may be a bit pricier but I will happily pay for such great results!

Our family owns a local flooring company and we only recommend Referral Cleaning! We have tried literally everyone in town and if we haven't our clients have and there is no one better then Referral Cleaning. They are very pricey but there is no one that can get there carpets looking as fresh as they can! I only have them clean my home because I know they can make the carpet look new again. The biggest struggle in our flooring industry is carpet cleaners over saturating the carpets then the carpet losing the stretch this will not happen with them so don't think twice just call Referral Cleaning

I am a Referral team member and I had used Referral services in my home even before I became employed here. All of our technicians do fabulous work and I was happy to go home yesterday to a fresh smelling clean and fluffy carpet. Ugly spots that I had not been able to remove are now completely gone. It looks great and I couldn't be more pleased. My home is now super clean again and ready for guests over the weekend. Very professional and honest! I love that they are family owned. They came out today to clean our carpets that haven’t been cleaned in over 5 years. I’m blown away at how great they look. The edges of the carpet were black. They took so much time making sure to get all of the edges clean. The carpet looks new. Will definitely use them for any other cleaning we need.

Blown away by the professionalism and knowledge that this company has. They spend the time to educate and explain which I really appreciated. I was going to replace a lot of carpet but figured I'd try Referral first and I'm so glad I did. Now I don't have to replace the carpet like I thought I would. I kept hearing they were the best and they really are. They gave a fair estimate upfront and earned every penny. Just had my carpets cleaned by Jerry and Corey. Excellent service! Excellent job! I have been using Referral for ten years. Even though my schnauzer Beau 🐕 has an occasional “accident”😈, you wouldn’t know if you saw my carpets. The carpets look brand new and there is absolutely no pet odor. I will never use another carpet cleaning service other than Referral. 😍

Referral Cleaning did an amazing job at cleaning our bedroom carpet! They were prompt in arrival and made the whole experience pleasant. When they were done, you'd never know we had two dogs. They were also kind enough to take care of a spot in a room they weren't out there to clean! Next time we need any carpets or furniture cleaned we will surely be using them again!

We had our carpet cleaned by Referral about four weeks ago. I didn’t write a review then since we have had our carpets cleaned by several different companies over the years and usually stains and dirt began showing up again within four to five days. Well...our carpet has never looked better and we are very happy with the outcome. Thanks Alan job well done!
