Have used Referral Cleaning and Restoration many times for carpet and tile cleaning. They are great to work with and do an amazing job on our floors. Have tried many other carpet cleaners in the past but we stick with Referral as the floors come out wonderfully and the carpet is 20 years old and still looks great! Thanks Referral Team!

I love Referral carpet cleaning! I have used them many times for 15 years and have never been disappointed. Their work is excellent, they're friendly, on time, professional, and really do believe in customer satisfaction.

I was sitting in my chair, in our great room, painting my nails a bright pink. All of a sudden my dog jumped up on my lap. The bottle of pink polish flew out of my hand, hit the side of the end table, bounced off the round base of my chair and ended up on its side on the carpet. Hot pink polish on light carpet is not a good look! I tried to blot it up but it was a losing battle. I called Referral Carpet who came and was able to remove probably 95% of the stain. You really have to look to see where it was. Very happy I don’t have to live with a big blob of pink. Referral was great explaining what they would do. Will def use them this fall when I have out carpets cleaned!

This was my second experience with Referral, and the sequel was as good as the original! I appreciated their customer service reaching out to me, since it had been a year since their last visit, and the carpet needed to be cleaned. We scheduled a date, then I forgot and double booked my day, and Referral graciously re-scheduled and didn't make me feel like a dunce. Joe and Jeremy arrived, right on time. They assessed the needs I had, gave me honest cleaning recommendations, and a complete price, so no surprises. My daughter referred me to Referral, I have referred my neighbors to them, and can confidently recommend them to you. Very professional, and priced fairly and transparently.

The best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had. Jeremy was a true professional who addressed our needs, explained the entire process to us and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and Scotch Guarding high traffic areas. The results are spectacular.

My carpet is 22 years old and has seen potty training of the children of previous owners, my four children, and my dog. It has also had it's fair share of milk, tomato sauces, vomit, gum, glue, homemade slime, dark sodas, coffee, tea and every other thing you can think of. It got to the point where I didn't even try to keep it clean, because I had resigned myself to replacing it when the budget allowed. I was always embarrassed to have anyone over, especially those with babies and small children, because my floors were horrid. I was recently hired as an administrative assistant by Referral Cleaning & Restoration, and as part of my training, I assisted and observed as they cleaned my carpet. It looks practically new! I can't even put into words how amazed I am!

Prompt arrival. Very professional in their work. Very knowledgeable about high end rugs . I had a few different companies give me estimates for my rug. They all quoted slightly cheaper but none of them were able to look and feel my rug and tell me what the material was etc. These guys however were spot on and knew exactly what the material was and in fact educated me. Well worth the slightly higher price and worth the wait to get an appointment
