Distinctive was recommended by a neighbor. They did a great job on the requested traffic and stain areas. They also found a few more pet stains I was unaware I had. Stains and soil is gone. The carpets smell great. I'll use them again for sure.

I may be one of the pickiest people when it comes to cleanliness especially smells. Our cat had a few accidents on our brand new basement carpet which I was about ready to just tear up because I couldn’t get the smell out. I researched for weeks to find the best carpet cleaners calling everyone in town. Although they were more expensive than others, their process, professionalism and their attention to detail is everything I paid for . I can’t smell a single odor in our carpet and I expected it to be better but not gone! They did it. Worth every penny. Thank you for being so detail oriented. I decided to have my carpet cleaned last minute before our graduation party. Distinctive Cleaning was recommended to us by our friends and I’m so glad we called them. They had a cancellation and were able to fit us in. Our carpet looked 100% better than before. The service was great, they communicated everything to us before the appointment and the cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely use them again.

Alan performs magic when he cleans carpets and upholstery! We have a medium size dog who has occasional accidents. Not only has Alan gotten out fresh stains, but he has gotten rid of old stains that other big name carpet cleaners could not get out!

Years ago, we hired a well-known national carpet cleaning company, but unfortunately, the results were disappointing. They saturated the carpet with too much water, which took several days to dry. Afterward, the carpet looked flat and never regained its original appearance. Distinctive Cleaning totally changed my perception of how carpets can be cleaned and made to look brand new! Our white carpet looks brand new. Audrey is a great communicator in regards to our appointment. Alan and his team arrived on time. They kept us informed in regards to the spots on the carpet and made sure we were satisfied with the cleaning before they left. Alan and his team also cleaned the tile in our 4 season room. The tile looks brand new! This was the first time we used Distinctive Cleaning and we will use them again.

I can't say enough good things about this carpet cleaning company! Absolutely the best! My carpet looks new again. We thought we would need to replace it, but not now. I bought a vintage wool rug at a flea market which my dog immediately peed on. Spoke with Audrey, communication with this business was great and thorough. Picked up the rug today and it looks amazing and is completely odor-free. Just have to make sure the dog can't get to it again. Highly recommend this business.

A member of our family works in a factory and neglected to take his shoes off before going up our stairs, hallway, and bedroom. I thought those black footprints would never come out! Alan took one look and said they could get them out. And they did! I’m adding before and after photos of one of the worst areas.

I have owned and loved this wool oriental rug for 35 years. It has worn like iron, except for the fringe, which has been caught more than a few times by a vacuum. I'm thrilled that Distinctive Cleaning & Restoration used all their TLC to return it to like-new condition. They uniquely have huge equipment to shake years of dirt loose before cleaning and drying. Then, they transported the rug to a restoration specialist to even and secure the damaged fringe. Finally, I upgraded the padding (worth every penny). I love the fresh smell of clean wool, and I'm looking forward to many more years with this wonderful rug. Thank you DC&R owners Alan and Audrey - you are the best!!

My mother has an oriental rug from Pakistan. It was originally my grandmother’s rug in Germany and has a lot of sentimental value to my mother. It was important to choose the right company to perform the cleaning and repair.
The end to end service model was effective and the communication was thorough and greatly appreciated. We picked up the rug today and we are very happy with the results.
