I thought also I had called Chem Dry. Steam Works was the one who showed up. I would have appreciated a phone call if it wasn't going to be you.. poor business... and Chem Dry NEVER SHOWED UP. what was that all about ?

Not very impressed. There were parts that were missed. It almost seemed dirtier after they were done. I was given a bunch of reasons; the employee told me my carpet was old and I had waited too long so thats why it didn't get very clean. He was there less than an hour for 2 decent sized room, a stairway, and a hallway. I did not call to complain but I will not use them again.

Mediocre at best, I cannot recommend this business. Two stars only for at least calling for being late and he was relatively nice. But I do believe it's time to get his eyeglass prescription updated.

Brad was professional and efficient. I was very happy with how the carpet turned out and he was able to get the unsightly spots out of the hallway carpet. Looked like new when he was done. Highly recommend!
