I have 15-year-old carpets and they look brand new! Customer service is superb. Pricing is right in line with the market.

We moved into a place with a strong pet urine odor and they were able to clean and remove the smell. We did have to seal the subfloor in one area but then Brad came back and retreated it at no charge. Very knowledgeable and professional, we will use them again in the future!

I had a high traffic living room and hallway cleaned by Brad several weeks ago. There was a definite difference before and after! The carpet was noticeably brighter and dried quickly. I also had a 5' x 7' rug cleaned that had been folded up and stored uncovered in my garage for almost a year. He was able to get the creases out and it ooks brand new. Chem-Dry cleaned my carpets and I am very satisfied with the results. I was given a three hour time frame when they would arrive and I received a text message at the beginning of that period that ,Brad, would arrive in about 20 minutes. He was very professional and cleaned three rooms in a reasonable amount of time. The carpet was damp but not soaking wet so we were able to walk on it after several hours. I will be using Chem-Dry again in the future.

Both companies had good ratings so we went with Chem-Dry of Fort Wayne. I’m so glad we did! Scheduling was super easy. I filled out a short contact form online and then got a call to schedule. Brad showed up on time and was very professional. He answered all of my questions while he was here and did a thorough job cleaning. The sectional is drying now but looks great. Thank you!
