I have tried several carpet cleaning companies. With having dogs and children, we have put them to the test! This company by far is the best! From the beginning to the end they were professional, on time, and gave us a true quality service! We will be booking with them again. Very pleased!

I have had a really hard time finding a really good carpet cleaner. They’re all the same. But distinctive cleaning I have to say stands out from the rest. They edge along the walls where the dirt and dust collect. I’ve never actually seen anyone do it like they do it And it dried fast. Definitely my carpet cleaning company now!! I don’t think I’ve ever said that before. This family company really does care! Highly recommend!

Distinctive rug Cleaning was referred to me by a friend. Now I refer them to all my friends. Convenient drop off convenient pick up. They Stay in touch with you on email. My rugs have never looked better. A couple of them had some damaged fringe that was repaired. I’ve taken my daughter’s rugs and all of my own over there to be cleaned. We bought a new home that had fairly new carpet but the previous owner had a small dog who had accidents in several areas all around our main level. We were skeptical it would ever be the same but we decided to try a professional cleaner. We didn't look for the cheapest option but the best option and that's when we found Audrey and Alans business Distinctive Cleaning. After a great deep cleaning and a couple additional stop ins by Alan to address the trouble areas, the carpet is in great condition again with stains and odors removed. Could not recommend them more. I used Distinctive Cleaning to clean my carpet, upholstery and my epoxy garage floor. I see multiple reviews for carpet so I will share my experience for the upholstery and epoxy floor. Alan spent a lot of time on my sofa and chairs. Because we have dogs that enjoy spending time on the sofa, the dog hair was embedded into the fabric. It had been years since I had this sofa looked at. The dining chairs had multiple spots as well. I could tell that he really cared about getting everything clean. Our garage floor was also very dirty from the winter months. It looked so nice after the cleaning. Alan is very conscientious and meticulous. He cares about the work he does and wants to do a great job for his customers.

Holy smokes!!! You want the cleanest carpets and the nicest people??? Please call Alan and Audrey. From commercial cleaning (I met them as an employee at Joseph Decuis, Alan cleans the restaurant and Emporium). I’ve recommend them to friends with great success and finally got to personally use their services. Masterful job on short-ish notice. They do more than just carpets! Couch cushions and furniture, animal stain/odor remediation, and even heirloom rugs. Wonderful people doing wonderful work.

For 7 years now, I have battled my tile flooring in my kitchen. I have tried everything to keep this whitish color tile looking clean …mopping, scrubbing, homemade baking soda pastes…I even hired another cleaning company to professionally clean it, but no matter what I tried my tile still looked dirty. I was referred to Alan at Distinctive Cleaning and Restoration and I was amazed at the before and after. My tile looked so clean my 7 year old asked if we got a new floor when he returned from school!! Alan was very through, professional, and he even offered me tips to keep my tile looking fresh. I will definitely be using this company again. My photo shows the left portion of my “unclean” tile and the right portion has been cleaned. My photo speaks for itself!!

Highly recommend! Fairfield Galleries recommended Distinctive Cleaning for upholstery cleaning- had a sectional cleaned and it looks amazing. Alan also cleaned an area of carpet in front of the sectional that was dirtier than the rest of the carpet, that did not come clean when cleaned by another company about a year ago. It came out great as well. Will definitely be using them soon for all our carpeting
