Had a white couch cleaned by referral today. They were very nice and professional through the whole process and answered all my questions I had. My couch looks amazing and I will definitely have them back again.

Referral did an excellent job on a new house we just purchased getting stains out that I wasn't sure could be removed, and instead of replacing the carpet we are now able to use what was there previously. Excellent company and service will be happy to pass along their names to anyone looking for clean and reliable service. We called early afternoon and they exceeded our expectations when they told us we were able to get same day service, while all other companies were scheduling out a few days. The house smells great and not to mention Walter and Cory were very professional and informative as well as made the experience enjoyable. Thanks so much and will definitely use them again as I recommend you do as well.

Referral & restoration cleaning is just what the name says. After they clean your carpet it is restored back to looking like new and feeling soft , clean and fluffy without any spots you may have had returning. They are professional, on time and great to do business with. Sincerely , Gail Curry.

Our carpet was around 7 years old and we decided on getting them cleaned rather than getting new. The carpet has been brought back to life and will get more life out of it now that it has been cleaned. Very impressed with the quality of their work and their customer service. This is a top notch company that will get you top notch results. My recliner that I had cleaned looks like it was taken off the showroom floor. Very impressed and will continue to use them again when we need the upstairs carpet done!

This is the second time I have had Referral out, and each time they have done a fantastic job! The employees are friendly, professional, hard working and very knowledgeable. This time they cleaned grout and upholstery in addition to carpeting.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and gentle with all of our furniture! We had 2 spots on our white family room carpet- he was able to get both out. The extra care he took with the baseboards and high traffic areas was AMAZING!! Our carpet looks like NEW again-all of our carpet is over 20 years old. The guys did an ammmmaaaazing job on my carpet, it’s a completely different color because they were able to extract so much build up! They did so many passes to make sure they got ALL of the dirt. They even got some paint off my bedroom floor! Super polite and professional. They were even able to come early that morning and gave me a call to let me know they could be on their way. My carpets have definitely stayed cleaner longer using Referral than the other guys and I can’t wait to have them do my Jeep!

The Referral technicians were thorough and did a great job explaining cleaning options and long term carpet care. We have tried to clean our carpet with rented tools in the past, but hiring professionals is completely worth it because it saves time and the results are much better.

We have had Referral coming to clean our carpets since we moved into our circa 2001 house 4 years ago. The original light beige carpet plus five teenagers and a dog are not a great combo, but Referral gets them clean and they look like new every time!

Always timely. Professional. The absolute best in the industry year after year. We have white carpets and they’ve always been able to remove even some of the toughest stains: printer ink, sweet and sour sauce, Sunkist pop and construction glue to name a few. Hands down the best!

Referral is very knowledgeable about cleaning wool carpets. They do a good job of explaining the options and did a marvelous job of cleaning the mattresses. The people doing the work were friendly and on task at the same time. They are careful and precise.

Today is the day! Carpet cleaning in the basement! I am so excited! I had a quote from last August and the guy cleaning is the same guy! Next week, upstairs!! Love that!

I was very satisfied with the amount of time and attention that was spent on my carpets. I had about 850 sq ft done and they were there for 5+ hours making sure it looked amazing. The time and attention to detail that was put into the job speaks volumes for the company itself and the people they choose to employee. I have 2 cats, a dog and 5 kids as well as all the other kids that find their way in. The carpet in the rooms I had cleaned is older carpet (6-9 years old) and was incredibly stained and worn in certain areas but came out looking better than I could have imagined. I was pleasantly surprised to find that almost all the spots came up with no additional charge, including the gum and flarp (which is not allowed in the house anymore). I was deciding on a cheaper company vs Referral but decided on Referral and I am very glad I did. I think that overall I got less "extra" charges for things and my carpet is much cleaner than what it would have been had I chosen a "cheaper" carpet cleaning company. I have a picture of the cleaned vs the not cleaned and the difference is amazing. I got told by a friend they had no idea my carpet was so light and I told them I had forgot it was!

We've used them once before for cleaning the kitchen floor and after they we're done cleaning it, it looked great!!! We're going to have them clean the kitchen again also the couch and chair in the future.
