I love this company! Ryan bailed us out when the air went out this past summer and the heat this week! She ((Ryan) is friendly and a joy to have in my home.

I regret my decision to use ussi. Over a week of trying to make contact, not a single response to confirm appointment. Then showed up more than an hour late. Now finding out wrong permits were obtained and I cannot hook up utilities. I've been out of my home for a week already and no time frame as to when I can start the gas service. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and follow through.

I have been with this company for years and have always been happy with their service. The gentleman that came out recently was awesome. He was very courteous and respectful.

USSI's team feels like a extended family to us. When we need there help they have been there for us every time. With the hard winters we have had, and the steamy summers they have just been a phone call away. We find there charges to be very fair, and less then other people I have called in the passed. We will call no other than USSI. Great people....

Steve and his staff are always so quick to come out, are quick to find the problem and fix it. Very affordable, best around! Don’t hesitate to give them a call! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful people. We ended up using them in an emergency twice. They made room for us in their schedule, got here quickly, and everyone is always such a pleasure to talk to.

I am not one to post reviews often (if ever actually). However; after receiving an estimate of nearly $1100 from another company to fix our AC, being told that $1100 would be a “nickel and dime” fix and that we’d need to pay $4000 to replace it, along with having us wait 5 days with no actual time indication on when they could come out we said no! We were given Steve’s number and he was able to assess what needed fixed and come out to fix the issue the next day for 1/3 of the price we were going to pay. Their customer service was exceptional and our AC works beautifully now. USSI Inc will have our business for years to come!

Furance went out during one of the coldest nights. Called USSI and was able to get a Service Technician immediately. Technician was very knowledgeable and everything was repaired right away. Awesome experience and outstanding Customer Service. Highly Recommend !!!!
