I called because my AC unit was blowing warm air. It was a weekend, I knew it was going to cost an arm and leg. To my surprise it was completely reasonably priced. They are really out here working hard and honestly. They were professional and fit me in same day. Absolutely the best service I have had in years. I will be using them in the future.

I had a thermostat that was wired for a bigger system and Branden hadaway helped me get a new thermostat rated for my system and wire it up that way I can have heat! I live in wyoming were it gets very windy and cold and on vacation took time to help me with my system! Great service!

Great experience here, they were referred to me from a friend and I was completely satisfied with the work, knowledge and price I was charged. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Josh and he walked me through some troubleshooting tips (as he was still on a job). Once we realized there was nothing else I could do, Josh offered to come by after his other job was finished or first thing in the morning. He came by at 8:30AM had the furnace up and going in no time, he fixed the furnace and went back through the entire system to make sure all of my settings were adjusted properly. He never once tried to sell me any parts or things I didn't need. Top notch service company!

This is a great company. I live an hour away and have had nothing but exceptional service all the way in Goshen. They installed a new furnace in our new home in 2016. They were one of the only contractors that passed inspection the first time. We could not be happier. Josh and his team are the real deal.

Great communication with the girl who answered phone. I thought I was having a great experience with my technician. He told me he was cleaning it or the maintained for $89. I'm not sure what he did but I paid $75 for his knowledge? And than $65 trip charge. When I said I couldn't afford more than $200 he was done and stopped working on my furnace. I'm pretty sure I paid your technician to look at my furnace. So now I get pay an additional $90 to someone to actually clean it since I thought that's what I was paying your technician for. I won't be using you again when I do replace my furnace. Josh called said he was going to make things right but never returned our calls. We won't be using them again.

They did such an amazing job installing my water heater after it started to leak. The turn around time to getting a new one was way faster than I expected. I expected it to be a week or longer but it was the same day!

I have used MJM Mechanical multiple times. I usually don’t leave a review but I have to say this company goes above and beyond every time! I called them the last time because my furnace wasn’t working and their technician was amazing! He was thorough and very detail oriented and walked me through all of my options. I’ve never had a company go so far to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s nice to have a company that puts a customer first in our town! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Brandon was excellent! He came out to our home for boiler work and diagnosed our problem better than ANYONE from other local businesses! He took the time to show me and explain how to keep up on maintenance for our system and actually cared. Will definitely use again!

We were impressed by the level of HVAC knowledge, low pressure sales pitch and professional of the installation of our new 4-ton HVAC residential system. I found MJM because of the other "well-known" companies in town were pushing products and plans we did not need. We highly recommend their service and price. I got multiple estimates for a new Furnace and A/C for my home, before being recommended MJM by a friend. Their estimate came in lower than all the others (significantly lower than some companies), and they had still had the top of the line equipment I was expecting. The service technicians were prompt, friendly, and answered all my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend MJM Mechanical to anyone shopping for a new HVAC system.

We found ourselves in a pickle when it was 95 degrees and our A/C went out on a Friday night. After a long wait to get a service tech to our house, we found out that we needed a new AC unit. We were quoted anywhere from $10k-$20k from other vendors. Eventually, our friends recommended John at MJM. We talked on the phone and he offered to come out that evening to look over what we had. He talked with me for almost an hour, explaining the differences in systems, what we need, what we don't need, options available and also suggested waiting until after Labor day when more incentives and rebates are available. We just had our new Furnace and AC installed for far less than any other HVAC company could offer. The service/install team was amazing. Super fast, but detailed. They didn't make much of a mess, but cleaned everything up and left everything looking great and most importantly we have a super efficient system for 1/2 the cost of the other guys. John and team were great and best of all, I now have a HVAC company that I can trust and rely on for any future needs. Highly recommend giving MJM a call to help with any HVAC or plumbing needs.
