Locally-owned business with great service. The 2 guys that came out to install my new furnace and thermostat had everything installed in about 4 hours. Both guys were very professional and even explained rebates that I was eligible for. Thanks MJM! Will definitely be referring you!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with this company. My water heater suddenly cracked. I had been preparing for a whole system replacement so I found myself suddenly having to push those plans from "before they go out" to "now." I called 4 or 5 other companies (included the company I usually do business with for maintenance) and the soonest anyone could come out to give me a quote was 2 weeks later. Then John called. He came over immediately and informed me his team could have the project completed the following day and before the holiday weekend. Fantastic! At that point, we did business simply because they were the only ones that could accommodate my emergency, but why I will keep coming back, is because of the service that followed. I even got lucky and the A/C unit I ordered was not in stock. Per their service agreement with the supplier I was upgraded 2 tiers to the next available unit at no additional cost. Not saying this will always be the case, or it will happen for you, but for me, it was the cherry on top. They clearly work as a team, and for the first time since forever, I was able to deal directly with a partner in the business, and I had no reason to question their expertise or honesty. My furnace, a/c, and water heater were all replaced in June (3 months ago) and my family and I have spent our most comfortable Summer yet in this home. Thank you John, Josh, Shawn, and team for making my priority their priority.

I cannot thank MJM enough! AC went out in a 7 year old home and I had several companies come out. Many of them wanted to replace the entire system to make more money. I knew this was BS, and that's when somebody recommended MJM Mechanical. First off, John replied right away after contacting them (and it was at night). This was the ONLY company that checked whether my parts were still under warranty (which they were). Just a few days after coming out to look at the AC and receiving the parts, they had it fixed within a few hours. Thank you for your honesty, quick responses, and knowledge. I typically do not leave reviews, but this company deserves it and I put their business card in my utility room. Good job guys! :)

We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioning systems. MJM’s staff from the estimators to the installers were on-time, professional, courteous and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them.

They were able to get out quickly and resolve our issue within an hour.

I called MJM Mechanical to do a furnace maintenance on my home furnace. I spoke with Liz from the office and she gave me the relevant information including price and what would be done and we decided to move our service over to them from our previous company. When the tech come out, he informed me that the previous company we had been using in Columbia City was not even doing the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. We was paying them almost twice what we paid MJM to do nothing and yet MJM came out, serviced the furnace for half the cost of the prior company and was nothing short of honest, up front and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company for your heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. Brandon came out as my tech, and he is absolutely wonderful to work with and he would be highly recommended also.

Brendan did a fantastic job. Called with heat out problem at 8 AM and the repair was complete by 9:30. Thanks to MJM for professional and expert repair. Highly recommend.

Had to put a new furnace in my home, so I got 3 different quotes from local HVAC guys, MJM Mechanical was the cheapest so I went with them. They were very polite, on time and answered all my questions very patiently. When the day finally came to put in the furnace, the arrived prepared with all the proper papers and permits. They were very respectful while they installed the system. Cleaned up after themselves and left me very happy with a new furnace that works great. Would recommend to everyone.

MJM was very responsive for our heating/AC commercial unit that had failed after 22 years. John was out the next day and supplied a quote that evening for all the work and cost of the unit. The install went quickly and
a follow-up phone call to ensure everything was completed as promised. Steve and crew did a great job finishing up the install with thermostat controls along with fixing the duct work.

The man who came out to look at my system was the most through of any heating and air conditioning company that came out. He checked all electrical boxes and breaker panels. The furnace and outdoor unit as well. Compiled photos and values of equipment. Explained everything in detail to me. Jim you are an asset to your employer. I recently hired MJM to replace my 17 year-old HVAC system. I got the Carrier Infinity system. MJM was fantastic to work with. Jim, my sales guy, was knowledgeable and took plenty of time answering all my questions. They did their own J-load calculation (not all hvac dealers did that) and really dialed me in. The install team was really friendly and efficient. The price I was quoted and paid was very competitive, as well. I was very happy with this transaction and they deserved this great review. I’ll be using them for future work and will be using them for plumbing, as well.

I have utilized MJM for quite a while. Truly appreciative of their knowledge and always thankful for their customer service when they are on site. Extremely respectful of my property shown by something as simple as putting on boot booties each and every time they enter the home.

We contacted MJM for a second opinion and so glad we did. Branden was extremely professional and did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution different from the first company who quoted us a very expensive estimate to perform a leak test. MJM offered a much better price point. We won’t be calling anyone else from this point forward. My husband even tried to give him a tip for the good service and he wouldn’t accept it because the company takes such great care of him! Very impressed!

I moved to Huntertown recently after completing a new build.
MJM came to service my air conditioning. Also I had issue with humidifier. Logan did a great job identifying the problem & fixed it!
