Brandon was great. He fixed our system quickly and explained everything and answered any questions very well. We had the same company out about 4-5 years ago and they fixed our system in a way that lasted till now for a very reasonable price and with great professionalism when other companies had told us we needed a whole new system. Highly recommend this company!

MJM Mechanical did an amazing job of handling a checklist from a recent buyer inspection. Because I travel frequently, I was able to hand over the list and they inspected and repaired every time on the list. They were involved in the original build of the home and I trusted their expertise from that experience. Highly recommend!

I needed to replace the HVAC system at my residence. Jim, the estimater, answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with.

I compared prices with other companies and MJM was less expensive for better equipment.

The two technicians, Tim and Jake did wonderful work. I am in the trades and I can tell when someone is just doing the bare minimum or if they take pride in their work. These employees took pride in their work.

Can't say enough positive things about Jesse and his ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve furnace issues. Complete diagnosis, parts delivery, and install within 2 hours. It's people like Jesse who will keep me calling MJM when I have HVAC issues.

We had MJM Mechanical come out to service our 2 furnaces. I had let it go way to long i will admit that. The technician was beyond amazing. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He literally saved our lives and our home. We had a new furnace put in 6 years ago upstairs. I had it service probably 3 years ago. But that company didn't catch what MJM did. When the furnace was put in there is a set screw that is used to test the gas pressure. It was supposed to be screwed back into the furnace. It was not. So everytime the furnace kicked on gas escaped. Only by the grace of God and pure luck the did the house not blown up. For 6 years it has been leaking letting gas escape. How scary is that. This technician found that. He also unplugged our humidifier that was leaking water out. When it was installed they never put in a clean out in the line. He put one in for us so next time it can be easily taken care of. Our downstairs furnace that is 10 years old has a humidifier too. It quit working after a couple years. The last guy said, he fixed it but he didn't. MJM sure did. It was made such a difference. The technicians at MJM are just the best. They take classes and they are all lienced. It makes me sick to think a whole section of our 150 year old brick Italianet home could have blown up with us in it. I will never use any other company. They deserve a 10 star rating.

I have never had a bad experience with MJM mechanical. Every person that I’ve ever talked to has been so nice and helpful. When I’ve needed them for my home or the veterinary clinic they have always come in a timely fashion.
Their pricing has always been fair.!
Brandon was at the vet clinic today and checked out our furnaces for the winter. He was a delight. He explained everything that he did and the issues that he found and how they needed to be addressed.
I don’t know how they do it, but I’m amazed that MJm doesn’t have any nasty people working there.

MJM responded promptly and was able to send a technician despite the extremely cold weather. I want to express my appreciation for Brandon Hadaway, their Lead Service Technician. I now feel more comfortable in my 4-year-old home than I ever did before. Brandon was exceptionally thorough, approachable, and clear in his explanations, ensuring I understood every detail. And identified several adjustments needed to ensure the heating system performed at its best.
