Tommy was responsive, communicated well, and explained everything in detail. Which is good for people like me that don’t understand air conditioning. He took the time to look at my existing equipment and explain what the best solution would be for getting a new AC unit. Highly recommend

The team at NorthEast Mechanical just left my house after an urgent call on Saturday with leaking and no air conditioning! A clog in the line was determined to be the issue. The guys that came out this morning were exceptionally professional , great at answering all my questions and now I have some relief from the heat. This is the second time that i have used Northeast Mechanical in the last couple years. I would highly recommend them.
