Nate Roger's was great, arrived 10 minutes early. He was very professional and kind. He sat and went over what the problem was with my furnace and what my options were for the repair or replacement.

Daniel came out to fix our thermostat and was great! He was very nice, helpful, and informative, all while explaining things in a way I could understand. Very professional and I will definitely be calling them again for any future service needs!

Amendment to my original review:
Doc Dancer called the following Wed. and we discussed the events that occurred during the visit. Having assured me that they can service and process warranty claims on a Lennox, they refunded the entire visit and offered to install the part that I had ordered.
Its rare to have a company follow up and correct issues.
I believe I have found a new HVAC company for the next 20 years!

Requested a diagnosis/repair on a Lennox boiler, stated this in the request. The Tech was 45min late. Very nice guy, and informative (hence 2 stars) however He left approximately an hour later with an 80% diagnosis and a recommendation to contact the installer. I was charged for the diagnosis and an additional $114.00 for what I can only assume was his learning on this boiler system as Doc Dancer apparently doesn't support Lennox systems(this should have been told me prior to the appointment) I had hoped to switch to a reputable company such as Doc Dancer, instead I'm left a lot lighter in the pocket than anticipated, and forced to return to the company I had had hoped to leave.

The Team at Doc Dancer is simply amazing! I went to their website and scheduled two appointments with ease. The online scheduler is pretty easy to use and saves time versus calling them direct. The technician was very thorough - he was able to solve our heating issues and pinpoint a problem with our Goodman furnace.

Service tech scheduled the same day I called. He knew his stuff and made sure he explained everything. We've been using Doc Dancer for quite a few years and the service has always been 5-stars.

I have used Doc Dancer for decades and once again they were professional, thorough, and affordable. No high pressure tactics; just honest evaluation and recommendations. I will always recommend this outstanding company.

Kyle, Daniel and Dale were excellent. After putting it off forever, The hot summers finally forced us to install AC splits in our historic home. The team was sensitive to our concerns about where the boxes and lines would be placed for minimum visual impact, and very willing to help us think through options. They completed the job in less than four days and were incredibly efficient in neat. We were very pleased with the overall experience with Doc Dancer and look forward to being comfortable in our house next summer!

Not only did they do a good job of installing the system originally, but the cleaning I just paid for restored it to working like new. These folks are great, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Daniel at Doc Dancer was awesome! I was scheduled for a cleaning maintenance and Daniel was very thorough with not only the service he provided but educating me on my HVAC system and what it was he saw/did. He was very professional and easy to talk to! Highly recommend this company and praise Daniel for the work done!

Miguel was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue and resolve it in a short period of time. He explained things clearly.

Thank you to Jennifer who came out today and did a fantastic job way over what she should of had to do. We now have heat in my son's room. Thank you Doc Dancer for meeting our needs and sending Jennifer. She was a God send and very knowledgeable in her job.

Our tech was knowledgeable and on time. He did a great job and answered all our questions and completed the work quickly.We had our heater installed 30 years ago by Doc Dancer they could have tried and pressured us into buying a new unit but instead gave us options for repairs. Great local business and when I do upgrade i will diffenitly call them.

Tyler did the HVAC inspection on a home one of my clients is purchasing and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Doc Dancer is a great company.

Nate and Jenny were just the Best! Friendly, very informative, options were given for fixing our not working furnance, polite, seemed to really care about our being without heat. I wish the part we needed was in stock or at least faster in getting here. We were without heat in 31 to 42 deg weather at night and 50s during the day for 6 days. A space heater kept 1 room comfortable but not the rest of the house. All in all we will definitely call on them again for service...

Doc Dancer does a great job of servicing and replacing our filter in our furnace every 6 months and providing recommendations to us. The technician is always professional and courteous. We are happy to have them provide their excellent service to us.

Than God I got a second opinion! I had previously got an estimate ($9000) from another place concerning my heat. They told me that my boiler was too old to be repaired and could only be replaced! I decided to get a second opinion and called Doc Dancer. The owner came out and took a look. Instantly he told me that nothing was wrong with my boiler and that he would send a technician out the next day. Tim Devita came and checked things out and fixed everything. He was professional, kind, and updated me on every step as he worked. Even the lady that scheduled the appointment was very nice. She moved things around to get me in so I would have heat asap! I thank everyone at Doc Dancer and will highly recommend them! I give 5 stars

Doc Dancer had an easy website to schedule an appointment. They called to confirm the time and called again to let me know someone was on the way. They sent an email of the name and a picture of the person coming. Nate came and was a great help explaining to me and my husband about the issue with the furnace.

I had routine maintenance completed today on my HVAC system, Nate was my friendly technician. He shared his knowledge about my unit and gave me suggestions on how to maintain it. I’ve had excellent service through the years with Doc Dancer and highly recommend them.
