Out of the many companies that I called, this was the only one that picked up the phone; even though some of the businesses advertised they were available 24/7. Also, a technician who called ahead showed up a few hours earlier than quoted which was awesome! He was extremely nice and professional and was able to identify the issue and resolve it in a timely manner. I’m glad I hired Elite to come out for this repair. I was roasting!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Adam and Chris the past 2 years. They are always willing to come out to a property when tenants are having issues with their HVAC systems. Adam and his crew were just great to work with. They were cordial, knowledgeable, worked efficiently and offered all information I needed to understand what the installation of a new air conditioning system would entail. I would definitely call them in the future for any HVAC issues and trust implicitly their services and their team.

Tony came out to diagnose why there was no cool airflow in my house and noticed my AC contactor was fried. He quickly replaced it and got my house cool again. Definitely recommend! Cool guy to chat with too.

I was not home and they came to service my air conditioner and furnace. However, My adult son was home and when they were finished they walked right past him and didn’t say anything. Also, they left the filthy filter there. Why didn’t they throw it away in the trash? Just nasty! I wouldn’t recommend them.

Their response time was immaculate!!! When they say priority they keep their word. Definitely recommend 100% they do what they can to make sure you get what you need taken care of. Will definitely be calling them with our heating and cooling!!

We came back from long trip abroad to a non functioning furnace right when the cold weather hit our area. We called multiple HVAC companies in the area but had no luck. We called Elite Heating & Cooling LLC and they were very quick to send a professional to service our Furnace. Tony came to check our furnace the very same day and was able to fix it. He also educated me on how to take care of my furnace. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience I recommend them if you have any HVAC needs!

I called Barney's either the 14th or 15th of May and asked for service for my AC. I spoke to a woman who was rather robotic in her demeanor. Name, address, phone number and said someone would call and hung up. I called back on Monday afternoon the 18th and the same woman answered the phone. I asked if anyone was going to call me as she said they would and again she robotically asked me my name a phone number and hung up. A few hours later, Barney called and was rather unfriendly asking, what do you want? I explained my ac problem and he said he was busy and would call me again in a few days when he wasn't so busy and he hung up. This was my 3rd contact with Barney's and still no appointment to come out.

It is now the 21st of May and I have given up on Barney as he never called back. I just call Legacy Heating and Cooling and spoke to a friend, non- robot woman who said they will be out either this afternoon or in the a.m. To expect them in the a.m of they don't come today. Why didn't I call them first?????
