I had an estimate done.

I had Dale Hubert came out to look over my AC & furnace to give me an estimate on replacing both. He checked out all the vents, the old furnace and the AC unit outside and was very informative with explaining things to me. Dale was not pushy salesman type but more of letting a homeowner know more of what was going on with the unit. I have to say, I know my unit is vintage. Doug also explained to me more about the Doc Dancer services and the people that work with him. Doc Dancer was referred to me and I know that I would refer them to people I know for sure.

I also had Tony & Jack from Doc Dancer come out to check a pipe and faucet connection that had corrosion on it and could not be loosen. But Jack had some muscles and was able to get it apart. He then changed out both hoses for my new washing machine. They tested the washer and it’s working great. They surprised me with also connecting my water softener up and letting me know which bag of salt to purchase for later on. They really made my day. I will be having them come back out to fix my kitchen and bathroom sinks piping being that what is there now is wrong. I will definitely recommend Tony & Jack to people I know that are looking for a plumber. You guys are great, polite and respectful. I appreciate you

I'm so glad I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Doc Dancer Heating and Air last October. No pressure, just down to earth sales people. Pleasant and efficient installers. Following week they cleaned all the duct work. Again the young men were efficient and pleasant. I was shown what I was purchasing, how to use the thermostat, and what signals to look for any problems.

The company sent out 3 team members to install a new furnace and AC for us in one day. They were professional, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up behind themselves, answered questions, and did teaching with us on our new equipment before they left. After the past year of slowly losing water pressure in my home I needed answers quickly. We had an issue with our gym's heater, which kept turning on and off and not heating properly. Steve was on it; he sent someone out to us the next day.

Miguel came out and did an excellent job. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it efficiently. What stood out most was how clearly he explained the cause and how to prevent it in the future with regular yearly maintenance. He was clean, efficient, and respectful of our facility.

Doc Dancer is awesome!! The guys showed up on time, Communication was excellent. Putting in the new furnace was done very professionally, all three guys were very friendly and worked efficiently. Highly recommended company to use, five stars across the board.
If it were me I’d give these guys a bonus or a raise, they were quick and thorough it’s hard to find that today, I highly recommend doc dancer.
I usually don’t leave feedback but in this case I did because I’m extremely happy with the work they did, I hope these guys get some kind of bonus. Nathan was great to work with and gave us very helpful information to help us make our final devision. Fritz did a great job on installation, cleaned up the work site well.
