Northeast Mechanical installed a new water heater at my home. From the first contact with Austin through the final installation with the installers Northeast was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Home Depot’s website made selecting a water heater and arranging for installation seamless.

Service man John , was kind, and thorough. He helped me understand my system better and to call if there’s any issue.

Very detail oriented. They called ahead for basic information about my plumbing and electrical set up so they were fully prepared to install my water heater. They also brought my system up to code.

We have only used Northeast Mechanical Services since moving to Ft. Wayne 3 years ago. We replaced our 20 yr old air conditioner unit with a York. You were on time, did a great job and our house is cool again. Thank you so much.

Simply amazing . Mechanic was very thorough and explained everything and even showed me how to replace my furnace filter and wrote down what size it required. He was amazing.

Logan was amazing. He called to let me know he was on his way. Showed up on time. Did some troubleshooting. Discovered the issue. Explained what had happened, and fixed it. Because I was under the service contract, the repair was included. I will continue this when it is time for renewal.

Logan is the best - he has come out for repairs and for maintenance and every time we have had a great experience. I really like the annual maintenance membership. We started last year and they called me to schedule my fall maintenance. I would have forgotten to call and schedule it so I’m thankful they sent a text to remind me and we were able to schedule it through messaging very easily. Always a great company to work with.

Wonderful experience all around. A person actually answered the phone. Appointment set-up for the same day! My boiler system went out in the middle of the coldest night. I called emergency line and I had response and an appointment by 8 am! Logan the technician was polite, quick and efficient and had the system diagnosed and running again with an hour. Plus had it all cleaned and ready for the long cold winter that’s just around the corner!

The technician showed up on time and was very informative. Explained everything about what was going on with airconditioner. Had a new heating and air conditioner replaced today 10/22/2025. We cannot thank Logan enough for his excellent service. He saved us today! With below zero wind chills, our furnace went out and our house temperature was down to 61°. We had called almost 10 different heating and air places that didn't have availability to help in a timely manner. Logan wasn't able to get to us for another couple hours due to other emergency service calls ahead. Instead of making us wait, he diagnosed the problem and walked us through how to fix a dirty flame sensor. We are forever grateful and know who to call for our heating and air needs from here on out. You have an impressive team who genuinely cares for their customers which is hard to find nowadays. Thanks again, Logan!
