Installed new Furnace _ but putting a Gouge in the wall was the least. the furnace stuck out further than the doors in front of it. One door had one wheel off the runner. Neither doors could be moved to gain access to the water heater, next to the furnace. The young man left without telling me this. And, they did not hook the wiring back up for the A.C. unit. The owner will lead you on about fixing something, when they have no intentions of doing so.

John & his guys are always great to work with. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. I have never felt like they are trying to up sell me things that aren’t needed (like some companies I’ve used in the past).

We worked with John and he was absolutely incredible!!! He went out of his way to get our furnace fixed quickly on one of the coldest days of the year! We could not have asked for any better or more reasonably priced service! A++++ GREAT JOB!!!

I have had 3 different furnaces/AC units installed by Titan (in different locations) and 2 sets of gas logs. They have been extremely responsive, attentive and personal in each case. We did have a problem unrelated to their install, but they promptly came out, assessed the situation, assisted me with diagnosing a clogged drain unrelated to their work and even helped me pull up the floor to dry it out. I have been absolutely delighted with their ethics, responsiveness and overall great business practices. Truly a great group of people to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am pleased to share my awesome experience with Titan Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. This company deserves a 5-star rating for their exceptional price, service, knowledge, promptness, and follow-up.

Recently, my 20-year-old furnace was experiencing significant issues, and I contacted a well-known heating and air company that advertised frequently on TV. However, their quote to replace both the furnace and AC was exorbitant and laughable. Fortunately, my neighbor recommended Titan Heating & Air Conditioning, so I called them to come out and look at my furnace.

The next morning, Titan arrived and inspected my furnace and AC units. They provided me with a quote for a top-of-the-line furnace and AC unit at an affordable price. Three days later, they came back and installed both units. Their team was prompt, courteous, and explained the entire process to me. I work from home and without having to ask, they ensured me that they would work quietly and respect my working hours. The team was also very considerate and covered all the floors leading to the furnace to ensure cleanliness.

Once the installation was complete, they walked me through everything and explained how to navigate the new smart thermostat. My interactions with Titan from start to finish were outstanding, and I could not have been happier with their service. John and his team at Titan Heating and Air Conditioning have raised the bar that I doubt most companies can match.

Titan HVAC were a 20/10. Not only were they the most affordable place in town but their customer service and quality of service is amazing! They are honest and good people that helped me when our furnace went out with 20° weather. They definitely be our go to HVAC company!
