Just had my service appointment, Chase reached out ahead of time. Was courteous, respectful, and informative throughout the visit. Got the job done and I’m a happy customer.

I was really happy with my experience. The people who came out to identify the problem with my furnace were professional and friendly, and they explained the problem in a clear, easily understandable way. They also explained my options in detail. The price they gave me was significantly lower than other estimates I had gotten, and they were able to fit me in super quickly.

The installers were also courteous and professional, and they were respectful of my home.

This is the first time I’ve done business with them, but I will definitely go back to them in the future!

I called Rolf Griffin today because my heat was not heating and they were who installed the original system. Unfortunately the old system had not been maintained and the unit had several issues. James and Drew were very professional and honest. They explained the problems to me as well as my options. I decided to have my unit replaced, imagine my amazement when they told me the installers would be in the morning to get my new unit in!!!

Chase did an amazing job tonight! He showed up within the time frame given (called ahead to give a heads up he was on the way, perfect!), did a thorough inspection of all aspects of it, and when he was done he went over everything and explained what each section meant. Very nice, helpful, and understanding and couldn't ask for a better technician for maintenance!

We had a new system installed by Chad, Keelan and Dylan, and they were awesome. Clean, polite, and fast! Communication was great, too; they answered all my questions and explained anything I needed to know about the new equipment. It was a great experience all around, and now we have a cool house again!

Gavin and David did an awesome job servicing our furnace and air conditioner unit today. They were very thorough and gave great explanations of everything they did.

Gavin was professional, courteous, and completed the job in a timely manner. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Overall, a solid experience with the heating and cooling service.

Payed off all our equipment and now we are moving houses. We just needed to cancel thier services to the equipment so we arent paying to have the new owners items serviced on our dime and they are trying to hit us with a 2,000 dollar fee. We were going to use them on our new house to replace everything again but not a chance. Avoid these guys like the plague. Garbage service. Considering we have new water softer, heat pump,furnace and ac done by them. Great way to treat a customer who spent as much as we did.

Gavin was great! He worked quickly and was professional. My kids were present and he interacted with them very well, they can be a bit much sometimes but he never lost a beat doing his job.

I've used Rolf Griffin for years for HVAC service and maintenance. Scheduling appointments is easy, availability is excellent, and their automated systems keep you notified. Technicians will call to give you a heads up when they are close and are extremely friendly, patient, and respectful of your home.

If there's ever an issue with a new installation or a service they performed, just a call is all it takes to get them back out at no charge or hassle. Furthermore, technicians are always happy to answer any questions and are very informative.

Occasionally they will send a sales associate to your home which I'm usually not fond of but they are NOT pushy. Same with recommended service options - you can always say no without being hassled.

Recently I had a brand new furnace, AC unit, and water heater installed and I've been extremely impressed by both the quality of the install and function of the equipment.

Shout outs to Cooper my sales associate who has been to my home on multiple occasions who went above and beyond ensuring that payment options were given and correct. To Chuck who is my absolute favorite technician - patient, informative, and a joy to be around. And finally, to Steven Grimm for the beautiful installation work in the photos. Keep up the great work!

Very quick work, timely and professional technicians. Chase was friendly and knowledgeable. He tuned up my furnace and fixed a small leak in my humidifier. Thank you!

Excellent service from Rafael! He did a maintenance check on my furnace in timely manner. Very respectful and gave some great suggestions on how to best care for furnace.

HVAC tech Gavin came out on time and was very polite and did a professional job servicing my furnace. I checked on him about three times and he was always working. Glad to have had him. I will ask for him personally next time maintenance is needed.

I could not have asked for a nicer or more informative technician to perform the yearly maintenance on my furnace and heat pump. Chuck (1567) was very thorough and took the time to give me helpful suggestions throughout the entire process. I was also very appreciative that there were no high pressure sales tactics like I’ve experienced during past annual tuneups. I will definitely have Rolf Griffin continue to service my HVAC system. Fingers crossed Chuck does it again next year.
