Raphael and David were kind, speedy, and informative. They had to come out on a Saturday night at 9 pm, and while I felt horrible they had to be at my home when they should be at their own, they were incredibly reassuring that I wasn’t a bother. “That’s what we’re here for,” they said. Thank you both so much for your help and genuine kindness. I would recommend Rolf Griffin over and over based on the service I’ve received in the last four years. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional.

I had a tune up on my furnace this morning with Chuck Carpenter. He was very knowledgeable about my system and got my humidifier back on track. Thank you Chuck for doing the task at hand and Not trying to sell me something else to improve my system. I appreciate you greatly. The amount I paid was to continue the maintenance agreement. Always great service.

I have no problem with the technician. He did a great job putting on a piece of gas pipe with a shutoff valve. . I have a problem with the price. There was no breakdown of parts and labor cost. The technician went and got parts and took exactly one hour to do the job which was excellent. The over $600 dollar bill cost as much as my new range will cost. It would have been over $700 dollars if I wasn't a monthly maintenance member. I went with Rolf Griffin because I have been with them for decades. I think in the future I will shop around.

So Rolf Griifin reads this review and tells me to send them my info to resolve the problem. That was 5 days ago that I sent them my info and I have not heard from them. One more reason to be upset. Pretend to care.....

Mike was an excellent and highly knowledgeable technician. Came out to our house and within a matter of minutes found the problem and solved it fast. Highly recommend.

Poorman's installed a new heating and cooling system in our home and we could not be happier. After an initial service call revealed our old system was dead, we worked with Tyler to design our new system. He was patient, transparent and answered all our questions as we reviewed multiple quotes. On the day of the installation the team ran into some unexpected issues (with our house), but they handled it in stride. It was a long day but they did not leave until we had cool air coming out of our vents! The follow through over the next few days was excellent as they tied up loose ends and ensured the system was working as intended. Every Poorman's associate we came into contact with was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend.

Our A/C stopped working on Thursday evening and I called the company that installed it three years ago and they couldn't come out until Monday. I told them I have Asthma and I needed it fixed no help there. So I called Poormans and was given an appointment for Friday (today) the girl in the office Sarah was so nice and the young man that came out Camden was very nice and it turned out to be a bigger job than we had thought but he did a great job of getting it fixed. Anytime I have a problem with the Heating and Air I will call Poormans. Camden did a great job and I sure appreciate him.

Highly recommend! We had been without AC for 2 months because we were quoted such a high cost by another company. Decided to contact Poormans and their pricing was much more reasonable, they came out first thing and were so kind and went above and beyond! Excellent service!!

I am very happy with the installation of our furnace and a/c. The service men were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the system is very good. We can tell the difference in the quality of the air in the house. We did get the air purifier and I am very happy that we did. I would definitely recommend.

I received a text and a call 30 minutes before service man arrived as a heads up that he was in his way. He was friendly and did a great job. Our A/C was working within 30 to 40 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services and will personally use the in them in the future if I need them😊

We had Poormans replace our AC condensers and they did a phenomenal job and were extremely responsive. The same day we called they had someone out to inspect our system and within a week we were back up and running. 100% recommend Poormans to anyone requiring a timely, quality repair/replacement on their heating or AC.
