We were experiencing condensation and dripping water in our main bathroom. Riley investigated the issue and discussed possible remedies. We will be contacting a contractor to inspect the area of the house and the roof because the vent is not accessible from inside the house without removing drywall. Riley also replaced a light fixture and non-operational light switches while he was at our house. We are very pleased with Riley's work and appreciate that he offers multiple solutions to problems he encounters.

We have dealt with rust and funky smells in our well water since we bought this house. We had peterman for our hvac and water heater already, but had inherited a contract with a different company for our water softener from the previous owners. Adam came out for a plumbing maintenance check and to solve a rotten egg smell in our hot water, and was able to solve all our hard water issues in our whole house the very next day! We weren’t aware it could even be different than what we had. We got a great price on a rust filter, new softener and got out of our monthly payment with the previous company. Adam was friendly, quick and honest. Here’s to never having to clean a rust stain again. Thanks so much!

I definitely appreciated the care given by Adam on today’s annual plumbing service visit. After he completed his necessary duties in less time than estimated, he spent considerable time and care discussing various plumbing needs I had expressed to him. He carefully reviewed each area of concern. In the end, he provided quotes for the work necessary to address each concern. This will help me plan for future projects in this house. Kaiden did an exceptional and thorough inspection of my plumbing system. He also offered multiple options for repair and/or upgrades of my current system. He was very courteous and friendly.

Harry Bishop was a wonderful technician that came out to look at our new cook top that was upgraded from the 50s Era Avocado Green. He also was honest about other issues we might need to address sooner than later. He didn't mind the pitbull kisses or giving the chest rubs.

This company responded to my the the day after contacting them. Kaiden, the plumber, inspected the problem and in addition checked other plumbing in the house. He found a couple minor problem issues and fixed them also. He worked the whole time he was here and his work all looks good. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

I would not recommend Peterman Brothers services. Scheduled a plumber to come out to snake my drain. When accessing the main line through my main floor toilet, they broke one of my flange screws and told me the only way for them to fix is if they broke up my floor to repair. The cost of the repair would be ON ME.

Very bad business practice, especially if you're going to be the most expensive alternative in town. My plumber was fine to work with, but they are more salesmen onsite than they are plumbers.

Would not recommend, just go with a local guy. Much more affordable and way more willing to fix their mistake and have accountability to not expect a customer to pay for something they broke.

Now I am stuck with a broken and unusable toilet. Thanks to Peterman Brothers.

Lee was great and gave us clarity on the issue with our furnace. After being mislead by a previous tech from another company clearly trying to up sell us into an un needed and costly repair. Lee was honest, upfront and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

SCAM I’ve never left a review for a product or company so this should tell you how unhappy I am with their service. A few months ago I had them look at my well because water pressure was low. They spent 4 hours “running diagnostics” all to find out “I need to replace my pressure tank and well pump” for somewhere in the range of $5,000. In the process, the technician tried to upsell me to get some kind super expensive water purification system. Like dude you’re already trying to charge me an arm and leg. In the end I decided to trust my gut and say no because I’m not made of money. I found ACME Well and they “diagnosed” the problem in 5 minutes and did it for a fraction of the cost. Also, I had an issue with my water softener and the same guy was my technician. He clearly had no idea what he was doing. I learned more from YouTube than that guy could tell me. He charged me $100 to literally do nothing that I couldn’t have done and the job still isn’t fixed. Oh but wait they have a membership program that saves you virtually nothing!! Don’t be dumb like me and get ripped off people.

Riley was very professional. He did exactly what I wanted. He installed safely, a new GFI on the outside of my garage. He is very personable as well. I would highly recommend Riley to my neighbors for any electrical additions or repairs.

By the way, can I suggest adding "electrical" to your list.

Also, I "expected" someone to show up between 8AM-10AM based on the text I received. I would like to recommend, if possible, you change the text to include that it is a "flex" arrival time. I believe that gives customers a more realistic expectation of when a technician should arrive.

Isreal Ramirez came today and replaced my garbage disposal and a dishwasher drain tube. Isreal was very competent in his plumbing work. I was very pleased with his work and his integrity to make sure the customer was pleased and satisfied with his work. He used a "check three times" attitude in his work. I really liked that. If I ever have another plumbing problem I would definitely ask for Isreal at Peterman Brother's. This is the second time I have used Peterman Brother's for home repair issues. I will always call Peterman Brother's first! Thank you!

Couldn’t ask for a better HVAC guy! I was running a few minutes behind getting home from work, and Adam Reinders waited patiently without any hesitation. Super understanding and kind about it. He was very informative, explained everything clearly, and held great conversation while he worked. You can tell he’s genuinely personable and cares about his customers highly recommend!

Adam showed up on time, looked over my old system and took his time explaining everything he was going to do as for removal of my old water heater and what he was going to do for the Installation off my new Water Heater. Adam was fast and efficient, friendly and professional at the same time.
After the install he walked me through everything he did and explained how the system works.

Petermans was referred to us by a friend and we are so happy that we connected with them! Dan came out and diaagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Unfortunately we have to get a new furnace, however there were many different options that Braxton and Dan helped us with and we will have piece of mind knowing that we will have a working furnace .

4am my shower turned its self on and wouldn’t stop shooting out water I turned the water off and went to bed . Made some calls and everyone said 100 or so bucks to jsut come out and I called petermans they have a memebershio deal 18.00 a month heck we pay that to watch tv why not. They come out any time to fix your plumbing , furnace , hvac , electrical whatever , even take your trash to the curb if you ask. I said heck yeah sign me up someone wa sout in the next hour to look for me.Israel not only was super friendly and a complete professional but he took the time to answer our questions come up with a few estimates and let us take our time on our decision. If he was the embodiement of that company I give yall 10 stars cus he was amazing . Did his job fast , cleaned up and was such a joy to be around . We will def be recommending and asking him to come back . Thank you for yalls help .!!!! We were happy to have our shower back on :)

Israel went above and beyond to address our water heater issue. He was very thorough and educated us throughout the process. After diagnosing and fixing the issue he then proceeded to check the plumbing throughout the house in order to prevent any issues in the future. Highly recommend Israel for any water heater or plumbing needs.

Israel came to front door on time, put shoe protectors on and got started.
Asking first if I had any concerns about my plumbing.
He got started in the basement by flushing my hot water heater then tested all water supplies and bathrooms.
The report he presented me was a complete inspection and recommendations.
I feel positively better knowing the condition of my plumbing, and recommendations needed to keep my house a safe living area. Great job!!

If you have any furnace issues I highly recommend these professionals. I had my furnace serviced through my normal guys out of Bluffton and when they got here they found an issue and immediately jumped to replacing the furnace. They were unwilling to budge on repairing the unit or even troubleshooting any issues and also didn't respond when I called to ask about repair options. I called for a second opinion with Peterman Brothers and my tech, explained all the options from lowest to highest to repair. He wasn't pushy about anything and was able to get my furnace going the same day. They have fair prices and an affordable monthly service rate for yearly inspections. I had been with my previous company for years and was leary on trying someone new, but I am so glad I did. I will be utilizing this company for any future HVAC or plumbing repairs.
