It was meant to be! W C Borchelt was doing work at a neighbor's home when our boiler said her final good-byes...leaving her sorrowful tears to flood the family room. Mr. Borchelt came out to our home that afternoon even though I'm certain had a very tight schedule.
We had an estimate that very afternoon!

3xs I have the unfortunate problems with water in my house at the kitchen sink & now in my front yard with the main waterline leaking. Every time I have called this company they are right out to my home & on the job. Very professional service & I know if I have any questions or concerns they are more than happy to send someone out.

Seth and Xavier were both friendly and professional. They worked steadily and kept us apprised of any items of concern. They successfully completed everything that we had requested with regards to three separate toilets in our home. We asked many questions along the way and they patiently and thoroughly answered them all.

Jacob Duke and his apprentice did a great job replacing my furnace and air conditioner with new Trane equipment. He was knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and very experienced in doing this work. He answered every one of my questions and made sure we were comfortable operating the new equipment. I look forward to having Borchelt do my regular furnace and air conditioner tuneups. Had an electrical issue. I could not have received better service. Evan was very thorough, worked quickly and explained as he went through the steps to isolate the problem. Very respectful and courteous. Will recommend and use in the future.

ONE YEAR LATER
Jacob and Josh arrived early this morning to find a leaf blocking intake. Very nice young men, very pleasant. Last night Hayden was on call and walked us through enough we were able to get some heat going. He was very helpful and pleasant as well. I love the way you keep me informed on who is coming and when. Your office staff and repair staff have been very professional yet pleasant to deal with. Thank you for having Hayden on call to put my mind at ease. It was so comforting to be able to talk to a human and not just have to leave a message and wait and worry until morning. The temps were in the 4 to 6 degree range last night and this morning

Excellent work and very professional. Removed the old water heater and humidifier. Installed the new water heater, reworked the lines and repaired the ducts from the old humidifier. Really appreciate the speed and efficiency. On site within 3 hours and had the job completed in 2 hours. Definitely would recommend.

I hope the thermostats can work correctly to hold the temperature of the home and the cycle. I've been having problems with it.

I called looking to get my furnace serviced, they said it would be a couple week wait, which was fine. Well they wound up being able to send someone out the next day!
Hayden came out and was quick, so polite, even gave me some advice on other issues I had with my water heater but wasn't pushy about it!! I plan on calling them again next time I have issues and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

I called them again to fix a water main valve leak before we sold this home, and they worked with me fantastically to ensure I had all the paperwork I needed in time to close. Thans Sean and Jennifer!
