Water in my basement had me call them as I thought it was my water heater leaking. But it was the floor drain that was clogged. They came right away and fixed the problem. I’m very happy with their service, trip charge and labor only!

The two guys that arrived to install my AC unit did a fantastic job. They were on time for the estimate and on time at the install day. Very friendly and did a great job with cleaning up. I received four estimates and WCH was the only company to mention about moving the AC unit 3 feet away from the gas meter.

I called WC as a second opinion on installing 2 water heaters. The company I usually use came out a gave me an estimate of $3,000 to install 2 water heaters that I already had in my possession. That was including discounts and service contracts I had with the other company. WC was able to give me a trip charge and hourly labor rate over the phone. They sent out two guys and had both water heaters changed out in 5 hours for $1,100. They ended up $2,000 cheaper than my other company and included pipe work and materials needed to do the job. They also laid down cloth over my flooring in all the areas they were walking through the house, kept me informed, and cleaned up all packaging/old water heaters for me. I complaints and will call them again.

Quick response to my issue. Got my furnace running, after confirming that I did not have a cracked heat exchanger. Scheduled to replace faulty switch on the next business day.

The guys were wonderful, polite and made sure to keep my house clean. They went above and beyond and finished quicker than estimated which made my final bill less than the original estimate.

Appointment was for 10:30 but the tech arrived around noon. Once here, he did a good job and performed services that were beyond original purpose (at my request). He was five stars for friendliness, with one star deduction for being late. I’d have him back, when needed.

Arrived quickly to my home. Service tech , Evan, thoroughly communicated the problem diagnosed. Trustworthy. Provided written and video support of found issue. Accurate estimate options provided before repair. Prepared and corrected my hot water heater issue in a single visit. Left the work area cleaner than it was initially.

I purchased a toilet from them about 3 ish years ago. I specifically asked for a high power flushing toilet to prevent clogs in the future. I was told by W.C BORCHELT that you could flush a wash rag down it and it would still flush. Well it got clogged by a number 2 and it had run out of the bowl and tank. By the time we discovered it, it was too late. Damages around $30,000 to my home. I immediately called my home owners insurance and Servpro was on the scene along with a plumber from W.C BORCHELT. So much was going on. I watched the plumber use an auger on my toilet without a protective sleeve. After the clog was cleared, which they billed me $235 for, the toilet and everything was removed from the bathroom by Servpro. Servpro simply removed the toilet and it was covered in a black trash bag and set aside. Nobody but W.C BORCHELT put anything in my toilet. This happened in December. It took 4 months for the repairs of my home to be completed. My toilet was put back and I immediately noticed scratches in the bowl. I called W.C BORCHELT and advised them that these can only be and ARE scratches caused from the auger. But Brad BORCHELT says they could have been caused elsewhere. Give me a break. BORCHELT is the only one's that stuck anything down my toilet. So basically I got a toilet not promised to do what they said and I paid them $235 to unclog it, and I apparently paid for scratches from them not being careful with the auger. Shout out to Brad for helping a long time (now ex) customer. I would never recommend them to anybody. Lies and thieves. Taking my business elsewhere.

They were timely for arrival. Explained the situation and repair sequence. Placed protective tarps on floor. Techs were very friendly.

Our hot water heater was leaking. I called mid-afternoon. They tried to get me in yet that day. But the technician couldn't do it that day. Which is understandable since it was later in the day. I was quoted a price. I got an appointment for the next day at 8am. They showed up on time. They protected the work area with a big tarp and got the job done. They did an amazing job. A technician inspected our AC system earlier in the summer. He told me that our water heater was getting old. Aaaaand he was right . He showed me how to shut off the gas and water and how to drain it into out sump pit. He was so thorough. We have always called on Borchelt since we became homeowners 20+years ago. Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. They are dependable, prompt, professional, thorough, honest, and prices are fair. I hughly recommend them.

Evan and Chase installed a new flue for my water heater and did an AWESOME job! They let me ask several questions and answered all of them patiently and respectfully. I could tell from their answers that they truly have a lot of expertise in their trade! They even took a couple minutes to give me some pointers on an unrelated drier vent issue. This was above and beyond my expectations! Borchelt and Sons is top of my list for the future!

Conley was awesome! While doing a routine service on my furnace he found that it had a capacitor That was not functioning Properly so he made me aware and repaired the issue for less than $20. I'm so thankful to do business with people with integrity!

My furnace wasn't working and they worked their magic and diagnosed the problem, found the part, and had it working within 2 hours! These young men were amazing, friendly and super polite to this single mom who is very hesitant to let repair men in her home! I highly recommend them!!

I called yesterday they were able to fit me in today. Our furnace wouldn’t start and they fixed it at a very reasonable price changed my filter for me and answered all my questions. Very polite gentleman. I recommend them to everyone and would use them again and have used them in the past.

Seith came day early, did a good job installed both faucets.Very happy. Will call monday about installing mixing valve like he thought we might need. THANK you, Jim

The installers were knowledgeable and professional! As well as courteous and helpful. Everything went seamless on their end. I have never received unsatisfactory results from WC Borchelt and sons Inc. I will use them again and again. They are highly recommended!
