Sooner HVAC partnership with Indiana geothermal was a disaster insulation. Sooner did thousands of damage to my house with careless technicians who either did not know what they were doing or just didn't care about the lack of quality of their work.

Where do i begin. I purchased a unit for my new house. After they installed the duct work I heard nothing back from them. I made repeated calls and texts to have them install my unit by a certain date for my drywallers and still never heard back from them. Once they did respond, on the day the gas was to be turned on, they showed up late. The guys that came that day to install did not have the right materials to finish install. They resigned that day. I would NOT use this company whatsoever. ********And you apologizing a year later does not help. You can not make things right. It is money that would make things right. You owe me money. I had someone else finish your job.

Great service call. Service rep was Daniel and was on time, commutative and thorough. HVAC service is foreign to me and he took the time to thoroughly explain the service and share tips and advice. He even went above and beyond and addressed a couple of things that could have developed into larger issues. I'll be seeing them again for the spring service. Definitely recommend.
