Aire Serve of Greenwood was awesome! I called and they had the service tech come out right away. Immediately upon entering my home he put booties on his shoes and got to work. He was kind, professional and explained everything that was going on. The service tech was not pushy at all and explained my options as well as explaining the maintenance service plan that they offer. I can’t recommend this company enough. They also sent me a picture of my service tech prior to arriving. Everyone was great to work with from the person who answered the phone to the service techs. Use this locally owned business!

Our AC went out. They came out, were able to fix it that day. It meant the serviceman had to stay past closing time to fix it. He did and was excellent. I cannot recommend a better company. I will use them again and recommend them to all friends going forward.

Seth and James did a great job. They notified me when they were in their way and arrive about 15 minutes later. When they arrived they explained what they were going to do and about how long it would take. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were efficient and finished way sooner than their original estimate. The cleaned up everything when they were done, explained the incident, offered more services and were on their way. Outstanding service! Brian Cole came out to our house in a snowstorm to repair our furnace quickly when we had no heat. He was kind, knowledgeable, and prompt! He did an excellent job, and we truly are grateful for his help! The receptionist was also terrific- she scheduled an emergency appointment for us within hours. I thought my dryer vent line was clogged. Found great reviews on CG Chatter. James was absolutely awesome, fixed the problem & charged me an awesome price. Highly recommend.

I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned. One of the guys told me that how they clean the dryer duct is completely different from the house vents. That they use a different attachment. That guy left and the other one used the same air attachment on the dryer vent. The night after the cleaning I used my dryer and the newly cleaned vent was actually clogged completely. I called and they said they would come out the next day. I sent a message asking that a flexible camera be brought with them so I could see that the ducts were actually cleaned. They showed up and did run a different attachment and unclogged the dryer duct. They had taken the screen from the dryer vent outside and I asked that they bring it back. They said they would but it's been more than a week and they have not. Because of all of this I called a couple of other duct places and I was told the most important step when cleaning the house ducts is that the other ducts are sealed as they are cleaning each one. They did not do this step. And since no camera was brought for me to see in the ducts I really have no idea if the ducts are actually clean. I can't say that they are not clean but after the dryer vent I do question if they are.

I could have not asked for a better group of guys to come out to my house. They put in very long hours to remove my old units and install the new ones. They explained everything in great detail and the work they did looks amazing.

Courteous, friendly, and great service at a reasonable price. This is our second experience with Aire Serve and when further service is needed, I won’t hesitate to call them back.
