Tom Carlson is very friendly, professional, and encouraging to questions. He explained everything thoroughly and provided feedback to the furnace issues. He helped guide with the different price points and gave no pressure to sales. I highly recommend Tom for any service needs.

Willy T. did a fantastic job clearing my drain. He was very polite and explained what needed to be done to fix my plumbing problem "correctly". I find him to be a very hardworking and honest person. He was thorough and didn't take shortcuts. The Peterman Brothers are lucky to have Willy as a part of their team!

Jeff and Silas did a fantastic job installing a new Delta Roman Faucet in the main bath drop in tub. There was no access panel so they had to go through the closet drywall to remove/install old/new fixtures with a new access panel. I was unhappy with the multiple issues regarding Peterman management assignments and customer service calls before they finally sent these two gentleman and got the job done! They really made up for all the confusion. If I have any other plumbing issues, I would hands down request these two plumbers. They are a great team and both are a valuable asset to Peterman Brother’s and what saved my review.

In the midst of the cold weather and the snow storm! I have had several problems with my furnace this winter and each and every time I call Peterman Brothers they have came the very next day!! This company and one of the technicians name David that I absolutely request has went over and beyond for me and my family as a customer to assure we have heat and a proper running furnace!! David is very, professional, respectful, patient and understanding!! I appreciate Peterman Brothers and David for accommodating me and my family as customers with top tier service…..I absolutely recommend this company for your heating needs!!

Kacey and Kari did an excellent job fixing our shower drain. Even though the fixture was in a difficult location, they were equipped and knowledgeable about the task, and Kacey provided us with many options for resolving the problem. At our appointment, both were very helpful in both explaining their process and in completing the repairs. We are more than satisfied with the result and will recommend them in the future!

Exceptional Service & Integrity

We had a major water issue in our home — water all over our second-floor laundry room and leaking down through the kitchen ceiling. It was stressful, to say the least.

Joshua Taeger from Peterman Brothers responded. They came out the same morning that I called. He thoroughly checked everything but knew what he thought was the culprit. They had been out earlier in the week (Monday), and when they returned Wednesday to see the cause of the leak Joshua ensured he listened to my concerns, he explained every step he was going to do to resolve our issue.

I’ll be honest — after dealing with water damage, I felt uneasy and had lost some confidence. But his professionalism, patience, and willingness to re-inspect and locate the issue without hesitation completely restored my trust.

Joshua was knowledgeable, honest, and truly cared about making sure the problem was resolved. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service.

I've had petermans to my house for several reasons but Ricky was great and didn't give up until the problem was fixed even coming back with his manager, Brad. Caleb and Mike were here as well and saved me a bunch of money! All have been kind and respectful.

Great support and service in quick turn-around. From the ease of scheduling a service time through the website calendar scheduler to the time of receiving notification and service support it was seamless. Joshua was an incredible, polite, knowledgeable, technician, and really did a great job of talking us through our concerns, listening to our issues, and addressing not only the probable causes but solutions to consider. He offered a practical approach to remedy for future concerns without a pressure sell, while pointing out the pros and cons for us to consider moving forward. Really appreciate the response time and the service support. Hope if we ever need help in the future, Joshua is at our door!

They came out right away the morning after I requested an appointment. Brendan was on time and very helpful and knowledgeable. Signed up for the maintenance program and we're looking forward to having our systems well maintained moving forward.

A split heat and AC system was just installed in my spare bedrooms by Peterman Brothers. Thairon Bright and his helper Marcus O. Did a very professional job. Great care was taken to protect the rooms while they were working and when they left everything was spotless. The units work perfectly and do all I expected. Peterman has done a lot of work for me. All of the technicians who have come to my home have been knowledgeable, respectful and hardworking! And it is reassuring that Peterman stands by their work and products.

UPDATE: Peterman has made the decision to leave the property as shown in the photos. It is also important to note that they are purposely trying to bury this review with fake 5 star reviews. Worth checking out.

Total mess! Peterman worked on my neighbor's yard and completely destroyed it. Pictures are the aftermath of their mess. They used our property to park their trucks and equipment without asking permission, ultimately hitting the side of the garage and leaving clay all over our parking area. Additionally, they left huge piles of dirt/clay everywhere and didn't rinse off the alleyway. A couple days of rain is not going to clean this up.
I had to contact them to get the metal road covers picked up because they just left them behind.
I will say that when I reached out to them, a member of their team got back to me pretty quickly and they had a truck sent out the next day to look. They scooped some of the top layer of the dirt/clay piles but nothing else. The cleanup is equally as important as the demolition. Our vehicles will now be picking up mud for the remainder of the year until they get it cleaned while our neighbor is $30,000+ short and has no yard.

Every single time I deal with Peterman Brothers, I am impressed. Alec is as trustworthy, experienced and kind as the rest. When I gawked at the estimate for water heater replacement and said I’d like to get other estimates, he didn’t try to pressure me at all. He explained confidently what they were offering so I could ask questions of other companies. In the end, he was right. No one else is offering the quality tank and the amazing parts and labor warranty for even close to the cost. As depressing as it can be sometimes to be a home owner of an older home with aging appliances/plumbing, Peterman truly does make it as painless as possible.

Dawson was a great and knowledgeable technician. He was courteous and respectful. He did notice some things around my home that could be updated but wasn't pushy about them getting done right now but focusing on the task that needed done now, which was running a new gas line. Dawson came out on Wednesday for the inspection and was able to come back out the next day to do the work so the gas company could keep their schedule of bringing a tank on Friday. Dawson was professional during the entire installation and even cleaned up after he was completed. Definitely recommend.

Ryan Harrison from Peterman’s came out on a same day service call. He was polite, professional, informative, and helped fix an electrical issue at our home that was a step above my expertise. 5 star service across the board.

Tyler was absolutely great and very informative. Even though he gave me bad news about my furnace. He really showed compassion and was doing the best to try and help me with my options for purchase a new furnace. Great service technician from Peterbrothers - Rick, Dalton and Tyler.

I found Peterman to be very good. Sales team was short and direct, very little BS, and explained all options very well, including warranty, brand, seer, other technical concerns clearly and simply.

The install team, David and Dante, were friendly, professional, clean, and orderly. Both went above and beyond with cleaning and matching colors and pieces. They both took extra steps to ensure the best possible install and experience. The area they worked in was clean when done. The quality of the install is clean, well done, and extra steps were taken to maximum our investment both electrically, plumbing, and general aesthetics.

My experience was fantastic. Levi was in constant communication with me, he was able to answer all my questions and explained details about what he was doing and why.
We are very excited about being a member and look forward to working with other professionals with the pluming and electrical teams. Thank you for helping us with our emergency it’s much appreciated.

Jonah did a great job and was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him. My water heater was replaced under warranty failing after only 4 years. I chose to have an expansion tank added which probably should have been done originally. The water heater was flushed annually and commercial grade used by a 2 person house hold. I was very surprised it began leaking. I'm happy Peterman honored the warranty portion but felt the cost of adding the expansion tank was high. We have had Peterman replace all mechanicals in our home, AC/ furnace, water softener and water heater. Their technicians are always friendly and professional.

Very knowledgeable, professional & took great care to protect my home during the process of removing drywall & fixing a plumbing issue. He went above & beyond to be careful & to be sure I understood what they were doing & why. I hope I don't have any future plumbing issues but if I do I would definitely use Peterman Brothers again & I would ask for Jeff & Josh.

Peterman is the best, hands down. They've been the only company I've called out for plumbing, HVAC and electrical for years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their staff and the level of service they provide. Dillon, Eric, and Billy have all been out for different issues, along with a few more techs whose names I unfortunately can't recall. From the people answering the phones to the actual techs, everyone is always kind, patient, informative, and polite. They take great care of the house while they're here too, which I appreciate so much. Their prices can't be beat and their loyalty program is amazing and keeps me on track with routine inspections. They never try to sell me services that I don't need and are great about spotting things that may be an issue months or years down the road. As long as they keep doing what they're doing, I'll be a customer for life. 10/10, would recommend, amen. 🙏
